Danielle served me today at the Tory Burch outlet. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She was delightful and courteous I recommend shopping in this store as a great experience and if you feel unsure about product choices as they have a vast range of handbags and accessories.

Bicester Village remains a very good outlet shopping destination after all these years. The village is well-maintained, clean and offers several good dining options. It’s got a good selection designer brands although it’s worth comparing the village price tags with what you can find online especially when there are sales online. On many occasions I have found online discounts better.

We spent just under 3 hours and in that time we had coffee and snack lunch and did all the shops! We didn’t find anything to buy which was disappointing…..the shops were as advertised ….designer shops with designer prices even after outlet discount! We found it off putting with so many security people in the entrances to every shop. Is there THAT much pilfering? And in one shop as we were about to enter the guy put the chain across in front of us to stop us going in and turned his back….no explanation even though there weren’t many people inside! Another moan is that as the weather was inclement there were very few inside coffee shops. Just one large one in the middle which was a Pret and all coffees were in take away cups (with big prices) .
The place was lovely and clean and so were the toilets. Lots of people there though pulling suitcases around….did they have that much money to spend?!
The parking was free but I don’t think we’ll bother to visit again.

Honestly if you actually like the stuff on sale here I can’t help but think you are making up for a lack of other interests in life or trying to project wealth you haven’t got. Lots of tourists and wannabe rich types who are all quite amusing to watch. The staff tend to act like you’re in London which I found bizarre. Security on most doors. Took my daughter who is aware of all the designers but now realises first hand who actually buys this.
Ok the place is clean and tidy but I won’t be going back - I’ve just got better things to do and so should you.

No where to eat except one Restaurant, very weak sales in supposedly an all store sale , a pain to get to as it is nowhere in particular and very very crowded. Not worth it at all and very overrated.

First - and last time we go here! Was so looking forward to our day a Bicester - high expectations! Well maintained and staff to great on arrival was nice - that’s where the joy ended! No stranger to designer shops and high end shopping I expected more! Staff were aloof, shoppers were trailing around their suitcases and their kids uncontrolled - sucking ketchup from sauce bottles, running feral in Coach, sticky fingers on the bags while parents looked on! No thank you!! I had money to spend there - but I chose not to! Horrible atmosphere, a real tourist pull - much better experience to be had in the London stores / Cheshire Oaks

If you want to buy some expensive jewellery, designer bags or clothes then this is the place to come... If you want some high street bargains then stay at home!

Lovely atmosphere. Every possible designer you've ever heard of and more. Facinating to see the super rich with suit cases to fill. How the other half live. But there were shops for the less wealthy too. The prices are also do able. Bet its lovely at xmas. Loads of facilites cafes and toilets too. Easy parking and loads of it. Very clean with good attention to detail. Not good for dogs though.

Nice place to shop but too few places to eat especially with young kids. We went to Pret and regret it. Never spent £50+ in a coffee shop and will probably never do again. Shops have become very designer from the last time I visited.

Our family was here twice during a recent trip. Different things here but nothing really that struck us as worth buying other than a couple T-shirts. Prada, Gucci etc all here if people wanted to go there, but there were lineups and it was very warm. Place is well organized however a little over-hyped in my opinion.

I think the paperwork is given to you by the shop for processing at customs on the way out of U.K. but not certain about that?

No, some shops as you walk passed scan the waiting sign it’ll give you a time slot and when it’s time , there’s a rep from the shop outside who’ll take your name and send you straight in .

Does the Balenciaga at Bicester Village sell the triple s trainers?

It is a very limited store with very limited sizes. Both times I have been (Jan 2019 and 2020) there were only one size in each trainer and I have never seen the triple s trainer there.

Hi Jake, I 100% agree with you about Ralph Lauren's store at Bicester. To be honest it is always packed in their new there. But, as you say, they've done a deal with Primark, haha. I'm given to understand that all the stuff in there is made for the outlets and, people who have no concept of quality clothing don't see past the label! Have you ever considered Brooks Brothers at Bicester? They have only quality clothing, I'm a convert from RL. I use their stores in the US. I admit they do produce for the outlets but it's top quality. The only way to tell their main store stuff is very slightly different label. Ask me more about them if you're interested.

Staying at a nearby hotel and was thinking of parking there for the night to save the fight for a space in the morning
