EXPENSIVE feel ripped off!
Have been visiting here since it opened and have thoroughly recommended to many friends and taken many for a treatment. Since returning after COVID ( am from the UK but stay here 4 moths of the year) have noticed prices are getting very high.
Need to have my roots coloured regularly and even though the ‘price list’ says from R/s 1200 onwards I am charged around 3000.
Today asked for the same…..was given a stylist by reception. Whilst doing my roots he said I will take it to the ends. Happy with the colour but when went to pay was charged Rs4700!!! Was told different stylists charge different prices - NEVER heard that before and where does it state? Also stylist sets the price! So why didn’t he tell me or ask for my approval?.! He reduced it to 4000 after kicking a fuss but then took his tip!
Lost me as a regular customer and will no longer recommend. 4700 rupees is more than I pay in the UK!

This is regarding my visit to Ocean Spa in Colva.
My Hair Stylist was Mr. Usman Ali, who did my hair smoothening with so much patience. He did an excellent job. He had the patience to use a steam pod which takes more time than a usual electric iron. His service was commendable. He advised me to do Karatine, but since I had a bad experience in another parlour and as the product they used may have not been up to the mark and so my Karatine wasn't good at that time, so I opted this time for Smoothening at Ocean Spa.
Mr.Usman Ali suggested that I do Karatine next time with him which would nourish my hair. He gave me a lot of tips for looking after my hair. Thank you Usman Ali for making my hair look lovely and for your patience and devotion to your work.Commendable

Took a foot massage(30 minute) + head &shoulder (45 minute).
Massage started at 13.40 and was over at 14.00.
On complaining the receptionist refused to even acknowledge it.
Another girl at the reception mentioned the therapist asked time before starting massage and it was 13.40 - but they refuse to understand that 13.40 to 14.00 is only 20 minutes????
Moreover, when I said there should be no charge for the same - they first said 20% discount and then 25% discount - absolutely again refusing to understand what has gone wrong.
DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHEATED AND ROBBED.
WORST EVER PLACE I HAVE VISITED FOR ANY KIND OF MASSAGE

Terrible experience. A total waste of my time! The massage was the worst I've ever received. No strength, no skill, no relaxation . The quality of oil was poor and the towels were smelly. On top of that their card reader wasn't even working. Bad customer service and stupid front desk staff.

Had a full body Swedish massage for self, spouse and Son.
The Therapists were skilful and professional.
We were all pleased after the session and felt rejuvenated.

It was a pleasent experience at Ocean spa and salon.
After our exhausting trip in goa I made a point to relax and I could not choose a better place than this.
The environment is really soothing and the service provided was exceptional.
It was a perfect way to relax on the last day of our trip. I got a facial done along with Hair Spa and had a wonderful experience.
Don't miss this place while you are in Goa!

Sally managers a fantastically well run establishment. First stop when I arrive in Goa and settle my suitcases is the beach and thereafter Oceans. I indulge myself with a Swedish massage to rid of my aches and pains of my long haul flight and then a facial. The treatments are so good, the staff are so sweet, no egos here and all are skilled. I love it so I spoil myself further with reflexology. This is definitely a salon you must visit. I promise you’ll make more than one trip. Thank you Sally and your team . See you soon!

It is an amazing spa and very professional. One word that comes to mind SUPERB.The spa ambience is relaxed and calming. The therapist are very helpful and guide you perfectly towards the therapy that is best suited for your needs.
Will definitely visit the spa over and over again. Great job guys....keep it up....see you soon again.

Ocean Spa & Salon Colva is the best! I've been a client at Ocean for years.I came in after about a year and I was super lucky to have Nadeem Salmani as my hairdresser. He listened to my expectations and he made his recommendations as to what he saw and what he could do to improve my hair. It was nice seeing someone who enjoys his job and wants to make sure that everything that is done is to expectations of the client. In the couple hours of me being at his hands I learned a lot about my hair and how to take care of it to make sure it always looks great. Once he was done I was extremely happy with the outcome. My hair treatment, cut and overall look was great. I was so happy to see my hair look so great and I loved everything that was done.
