I'm not a big wine lover in general but the enthusiasm and precision of emanuele, our guide during the tasting, were outstanding. He patiently answered even our stupidest curiosities and the combinations of cheeses and local cured meats with wines were really apt. An experience that I recommend to everyone.

Me and my girlfriend were last Saturday visiting the Cantine Soria for a tasting. the place looks great, with the recently renovated cellars and a view of the Langhe and Monferrato border really breathtaking. Emanuele, the owner of the company, is really a wonderful guide, full of passion and love for what he does. He first showed us the land by showing us around the vineyard telling us both the morphological details of the territory and the technical details of their work, with a punctuality and precision difficult to find in other such cellars. What won us over, however, was the history of the company, which I do not want to spoil here as I believe (and my fiancée approves) that it is worth hearing from him firsthand. The highlight of the visit was obviously the tasting of the wines they produce, one better than the other. You also notice great attention to the customer, as we were asked if we were more people from red or white so that we could customize the experience according to our personal tastes, and he was so good that in the end we went out buying even a bottle (alas only one, we would have liked them all) of their wine. Highly recommended experience, if you are visiting the Canelli area you can not miss a rare pearl like Cantine Teresa Soria!

Nice experience. The walk in the vineyards accompanied by the story of the family history of the company by Mrs. Teresa was the thing I liked most.

Spectacular view from the cellar. Great welcome from Mrs. Teresa, her son was missing but we will do it again next time because I want to taste the wine from the barrels! Interesting wines from dry Moscato to Dolcetto with Moscato passito... to visit absolutely!

I cannot recommend this place enough! The farm is located on top of a hill with spectacular views over the entire region. Teresa and her family were so kind and caring. The food was great too. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars!

Starting from Mrs. Teresa, an exquisite person, very kind and attentive to detail, has accompanied us in this incredible experience in the culture of good wine and all the work behind it, handed down from generation to generation.
The farm is immersed in a surreal, clean and well-organized landscape.
The wines, from first to last, give unique flavors, to say that they are very good would be simplistic.
The tasting is personalized and attention to every detail, also excellent local products that accompany the wines.
The value for money is far too generous for the quality of the wines produced.

Meanwhile the view is a spectacle and the welcome very warm. Emaniele has collected the legacy from his grandmother and mother and carries on, modernizing it in equipment but maintaining its traditions, the production of Moscato, vermouth and red wines of the area. Very particular and interesting is the story of this young winery that also produces a fantastic Moscato aged 10 years, and dry versions very useful for pairings.
