Ich wollte die Goldhasen für meine (fast 30) Arbeitskollegen kaufen. Der Preis im Outlet ist aber genau gleich wie beim Coop. Für ein Outlet hätte ich schon einen niedrigeren Preis erwartet, als wenn ich beim Coop einkaufen würde. Denn der will ja auch noch etwas verdienen.

We booked the Chocolatier class and overall pleased. We had to Uber to get here from our hotel, it’s about 20 minute ride from the Zurich city center. We were running a little late for the class so the staff at the front desk rushed us to the class about the importance of being on time. I understand their point but I think it was unnecessary as we are late outside our control and we just needed a simple yes or no if we could still attend. We were late by a few minutes and the rest of the people attending class were still putting their belongings away in the provided lockers for the class. You are given an apron and chef hat and her to decorate your own chocolate bar and pops. Really fun and interactive! You get to take home your chocolate creation which I think was the sweetest souvenir yet. The museum that day had no ticket availability so we just browsed the gift shop before leaving. Overall pleasant experience minus the initial comments made by the staff upon our arrival.

This is a great experience for chocolate lovers. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The cafe has a great selection of chocolate themed drinks, cakes, waffles etc. the museum is very interesting and learn a lot about the history - you get lots of free samples from Lindt balls, melted Lindt, Lindt slabs. You get to take a picture which then gets displayed electronically to the wall from other visitors too. The shop has such a great selection of chocolate. There is a outlet shop outside the factory with even more chocolate. Keep a look out for the Lindt cars - great!! Would highly recommend.

If you want to feel like a part of Charlie and the chocolate factory then you must visit here you get to experience a walk around to understanding the history of how it all came to place and how they make the chocolate. After is the exciting part where you get free chocolate and there is no limit to how much free chocolate you can get from chocolate fountains to chocolate samples and then you enter the next room where they have the samples of the balls and let’s just say that my friend filled her pockets full I was no need to purchase any in the shop unless you want to try a different flavour that wasn’t available, I will worth 15 CHF!!

A história do cacau... o local maravilhoso... a fábrica em si... esquece tudo isso. O bom mesmo é que você vai comer quantos chocolates quiser (ou puder)!!!!! Não que não seja interessante o resto, mas o que chama mesmo a atenção é a degustação. Chocolates em barra, em creme, trufas... quando mais você poderá entrar em uma Lindt, comer o que quiser e não pagar? Para os chocólatras então... Cuidado com o trem! O ticket da zona 1 não vale para a última estação, que está na cidade de Kilchberg. Descemos uma antes e fomos à pé. Mas não recomendo pq é longe. Compensa comprar a extensão do ticket. A reserva deverá ser feita antecipadamente pelo site. Tem que mostrar o comprovante de vacinação da Covid-19.

Great afternoon visit, the staff so friendly and a lot of chocolate to taste in your own time, no pressure to move on , you walk at your own pace. Next stop more free chocolates, different flavours all wrapped so I bought some home. There’s plenty of signs and a mobile devise you can put to your ear to hear all about the making and where the chocolate originates . I would definitely recommend a visit especially if you like Lindt chocolate.

The tour is kind of cool and very interactive. You are able to taste about 10 different flavors of chocolate all as part of the tour. If you love chocolate, it’s definitely worth a visit while in Zurich.

alors le musée est de toute beauté! très moderne, bien aménagé. le gros problème, c'est que les gens qui se baladent avec un audio guide côtoient tout au long de la visite des tours organisés et des guides qui parlent très forts. C'est juste insupportable d'essayer d'écouter en français les explications, le bidule scotché dans l'oreille quand un guide parle très fort en allemand juste à côté...Ils devraient faire en sorte de séparer les visites guidées de celles individuelles. Ça m'a gâché la visite!
la dégustation à la fin est super, on peut se faire plaisir et s'en mettre plein les papilles! Je ne parle pas de l'immense magasin qui donne juste envie de faire une razzia!!!

Le musée est très propre et très bien réussi au niveau architectural. Cependant avec des jeunes enfants cela devient vite compliqué car toute les explications sont avec un guide audio. Il y a des chouettes dégustations mais je trouve pas adapté aux jeunes enfants. Tarifs élevés et parking payant.

Hello SFA from NYC,
We were there last Summer and it was a nice visit.
The Lindt chocolate company does not give tours.
Yes, I was disappointed, too. But next to the factory in this small town north (I think) of Zurich, by a bus ride of 15 mins, you can visit the Lindt chocolate store. It's still worth going there and get big chocolates that are not normally sold elsewhere (1 lb or more) and other flavors (bars or loose bon-bons.
Ask the hotel about getting around via bus and where to go to get the bus to Kilchberg. I
The visit takes about 1 to 1.5 hrs by the time you get the bus and get there to visit and get chocolates (they'll give you a bon-bon or 2 for sampling), and then ride back to Zurich.
Since it's just the chocolate store, there's no entrance fees.
Other places with Swiss chocolates are at the main train station (look for brochures/ ask the hotel) and at the high-end street with designer stores (Hermes/ Dior/ Bali Switzertland/, etc)

Living next to the Lindt factory, I believe the praline making workshop is actually learning to be a Maitre Chocolatier. You learn to make your own praline but it's not a case of how many... You get to taste other chocolates too. The experience costs from 2400 CHF as a total price for groups of 21-30 people. Or you can request a private course which will be expensive.

It's a factoy outlet only.Entry is free of cost.The prices are less as compared to the market,it's absolutely fresh and amazing varieties.Please don't forget to ask them for the thermal bag which is for Two Franks which will not let the chocolates melt.

No entanto, acredito que a Lindt Factory tem preços bem interessantes...comprei 3 sacolas enormes e lotadas de chocolate em Dezembro/17 por CHF 150.00 tudo! O segredo dessa loja de fábrica da Lindt é ir no fundo da loja aonde se concentram as melhores promoções!
