This is a must do!! Our tour guide Tim, lead us on an absolutely incredible private trip to see glow worms and WOW it was amazing!!! Not only is Tim a wonderful world of knowledge and a fantastic tour guide but he was also so patient and understanding with our level of unfitness and our many, many questions! Highest recommendations for anyone thinking about doing a night tour. Thank you Tim we will be back!

Our tour with Tim was so incredibly fascinating that my husband and I were left speechless afterwards. Our tour was a huge highlight of our honeymoon and we cannot thank Tim enough. Tim is so knowledgeable and passionate, it was infectious. We felt completely comfortable and safe with Tim from the moment he picked us up from our hotel. Any questions we asked, Tim was able to answer in detail. Our time with Tim was absolutely fascinating and we feel so lucky to have spent the morning with him. We will forever remember this experience and it has definitely given us some food for thought to transfer into our everyday lives.

We did a day hike with Jeff and had a marvelous time. Jeff has incredible depth of knowledge to share about the flora and fauna and culture of the area. He was good at setting the pace and gauging our energy levels. He stopped to tell us stories and advise of all the mountains and water we were seeing from each vantage point. Highly recommend

What can I say, this was fabulous. Tim was the the most amazing guide, so knowledgeable about so much including the environment, animals, fires, astronomy, meteorology and weather, aboriginal culture, geology, geography and everything Australian. We learnt so much, plus seeing so much of the local areas that we would never have been able to visit on our own. Tim was a great driver too and the whole day was carried out with a chilled yet professional atmosphere. Oh and by the way we loved the lunch too plus lovely coffee at Victors. Can’t recommend this enough.

We were pick up from our guesthouse at 0900 hours by Tim, who is the owner of the company and he was very professional. He is obviously passionate about his job. Enroute to the starting point he informed us of the various ecosystems, history and makeup of the vegetation in the area before handing over to our guide, Jeff. We spent approximately 4.0 to 4.5 hours both descending and ascending the slot canyon during the hike. The Grand Canyon tour is approx 6.0km in distance and includes approximately 1000 steps. This trip gave us an opportunity to see the spectacular views across the mountains, rock formations, vegetation and waterfalls. Lunch was included and this comprised of a wrap, fruit and a soft drink. The short stop was very welcome as it gave us an opportunity to have a brief rest before trekking further. Make sure you take plenty of water as it is amazing how much you perspire even when under the canopy of the trees and it is raining! Ascending out of the canyon took roughly 45 minutes and the climb up was pretty relentless. Excellent day out and certainly recommend this tour company as the personnel were extremely knowledgable and professional. Big thanks to Tim and Jeff for a great adventure.

Tim picked us up from our hotel and immediately impressed us with his depth of knowledge and experience. He tailored the walking tour to our fitness and phobias. We did a hike to the Valley of the Waters, a truly beautiful place that is well worth the journey. Tim enlightened us regarding the ecology, geology, biology and even meteorology of the region. We were given the opportunity to smell and taste native plants, informed about the different forest types in the area and how they are evolving, and learned about the First Peoples of the region. There were numerous photo opportunities and the lunch provided was fabulous. If you want to get away from the standard tourist traps, go for a walking tour with Tim instead.

We had a great tour of the Blue Mountains including small towns, waterfalls, and rain forests. Tim tailored our tour to our skills and our interests. He was able to explain the history, geology, flora, and fauna.

What a tour! There was just my husband and I with Tim what an informative, educational, fascinating and inspirational trek. Tim is so knowledgeable about everything. He answered all our questions and I really wish we had met him at the beginning of our 4 week trip to Australia.
Tim explained about snakes venom, spiders, ants and the chances of being bitten by a snake. He also told us what to do if we were bitten.
As we walked he would stop and point out a symbol made by the aborigines whilst other people walked past them without noticing.
He encouraged us to listen to the different bird calls and then explained which bird was which, plus many interesting facts.
We learned about micro climates, the numerous varieties of euculyptus, the reason for setting fires etc.
We stopped for a delicious lunch of all locally sourced food.
He entertained us with historical facts and by the time we returned to his car our heads were overloaded with so much information.
At the end of the tour he even advised on the best places to see sunrise/sunset and where to eat.
A fantastic day with an extremely knowledgeable, interesting and humourous man.
If you only do one thing in the Blue Mountains make sure it is this!

We had an outstanding experience going on a tour with Tim. It felt like we were a part of Discovery Channel show, with Tim giving us so much information in an accessible and fun way - that the only thing we were worried about is to retain some of it. Arguably, this tour was our brightest highlight of the whole trip to Australia. Whichever tour you are considering, go for it, you won't regret it.

Tim was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable. He took the time to point things out to you and you could tell he was very passionate about what he does! Would definitely recommend!
