内蒙骆驼大赛
赛骆驼，蒙古族传统的体育运动项目之一。这一次的比赛是在内蒙古西部号称“骆驼之乡”的阿拉善盟。
看点：
骑手不分男女，多在每年一度的蒙古族”那达慕”大会赛手们穿着蒙古族服装，骑在驼背上，骆驼飞跑起来如离弦之箭。赛程一般5-10里，先到终点者为骆驼十分有趣。
平时骆驼奔走的方向都是由入牵着鼻子操纵的，而比赛时，却套上了笼头，带上了经绳，骆驼对这个”指导性“不强的新工具，还不十分适应，因而在跑的时候，往往偏离方向，跑出了跑道，急的选手满头大汗、恰恰这时，也是观众兴高采烈的时候，人们起哄、吹口哨，真是不亦乐乎。

The grasslands are vast and almost overwhelming. We went south of the city for maybe 45 minutes, past Pingdingshan and went into this grassland area.
Out of the car we got, walked for maybe twenty minutes into nature. Once you can ignore the many air turbines in the region, it is a truly beautiful spectacle to simply breathe in. Vast. This is well worth going for maybe an hour or two. Bring a lunch and have a nice picnic. If you have a motorbike you'll be in heaven.

景色非常好，没有去景区，自己找的草原随便逛，没人，风景超赞。从锡林浩特市区往南走70-80公里的样子吧。因为不是旅游区，所以没吃的，光看景了，有兴趣的可以自带家伙烧烤，不过最好还是什么别带，免得破话草原

Ho girato parecchio per il mondo e credo che questo sia uno dei posti più belli. L'occhio vede essenzialmente solo due colori: il blue del cielo e il verde infinito della prateria. A volte si vedono nel verde delle macchie colorate: cavalli, mucche, pecore e qualche cammello. Poi tanti fiori. Il periodo migliore e maggio, giugno. Io sono andato in luglio ma la fioritura e minore.A settembre per il freddo si e già conclusa la stagione che riprendere solo a primavera inoltrata. Purtroppo chi viene in Cina per turismo troppo spesso limita le sue visite a Shanghai e Pechino. Luogo veramente adatto per chi fa della natura la meta del suo turismo e per chi come me vede la sua famiglia poche volte all'anno e in quelle poche volte non vuole essere disturbato da altro

You will be in the middle of no where with a pleasant feeling of greenery quietness. Perfect place to observe lot of Falcons (predatory birds) from very close distance. In a good season its worth to visit.

My family and I (three active young boys) wanted an adventure! We decided to bite the bullet and take the 9hr train ride from Huhhot to Xilinghot, stay overnight then take a 2hr bus ride to Xilinguole. We didn't know what to expect apart from the fact that it's very beautiful and rated no.2 for one of the best Grasslands in Inner Mongolia, no1 being Hunlunbuir but this was way too far for us and to travel with kids. We were not disappointed that's for sure!
At the Xinlinguole bus stop we hired a taxi driver and she just basically drove us the grasslands, we drove about 45 mins until we found a spot that we could call our home for 4 days. We could have gone much further but it was also getting late. We stayed in a yurt for two nights for RMB200 per night and we were right by the lake so there were plenty sheep and horses nearby grazing.
It was a bit touristy for us because it's set out for locals to dine/dance/eat, but it was still ok as we were the only foreigners staying there at the time.
We climbed a few mountains and the vast view just continues for miles on end with more mountain views. The lush green scenery is totally mesmerising.
We were very lucky with the weather as well and had 4 beautiful days here with blue blue skies. It was pretty cool in the evenings so you will need your fleeces and long pants. During the day it's warm but it's a nice temp and it's dry, not humid at all.
Day 3 and 4 we camped (we bought our own gear), we found a great spot and I have to say, it was fascinating to open your tent and all you saw was the vast green grasslands.
Truly an amazing place to explore, very peaceful and we just loved being back in nature.
If you have time to visit the grasslands, Hunlunbuir which is further up NW (near Russia boarder) is the no.1 spot or if it's too far, Xilingoule is no.2. You will not be disappointed. Don't let the traveling get to you....sometimes, you need to put in the effort to appreciate the views.

Waves and waves of grassland surround you as you see the rugged mountains in the distance. If someone comes to you with a blue scarf just go with it. You will receive a bowl of what was described to us as "horse milk wine". Flick a small amount into the air, to the ground and gesture towards your hosts. You are thanking for the air, earth and friends. Then hardly sip the liquid in the bowl. Horse milk wine is an acquired taste but the ceremony is lovely.
We dined in a yurt there and enjoyed the famous singers of the region.
You are quite near the dessert and the wind can bring stinging sand so being something to protect you if it gets windy.
This rugged land was our favorite area of China.

秋天的锡林郭勒，一望无际金黄色的草场，牛羊在慵懒的吃草，散步，悠然自得。落日余晖下，景色就更加迷人。我喜欢草原的秋色！

在去下一个景点时路边突然出现连续几公里的山顶全是平的！很壮观！！第一次看见，觉得很新奇。这山群的知名度很高，许多人向我们打听这里的地址。很自豪我又欣赏了一奇景。

见到了美丽的大草原，感觉神清气爽，到处都是美丽的风景，一望无际的草原，在这里可以骑到大马，喝到马奶，这里实在是太美了，可以说是美不胜收呀。
