La brasserie se situe dans un château, un peu difficile à trouver très honnêtement (merci google).
Une fois sur place et pour un prix très abordable vous pouvez visiter la brasserie en visite libre + dégustatio à volonté....un peu difficile de comprendre tout le processus mais cela reste très intéressant.
Des bains de bière sont proposés sur réservation, vous visiterez les fameuses baignoires sur le passage.
En fin de visite une reconstitution de pièces à vivre du début 20ème siècle est très intéressante avec de nombreux objets de la famille exploitante.
Le clou reste la dégustation des bières à volonté et en self service dans une salle voutée!
La boutique est au top !
On ne regrette pas.

Leuke doe 't zelf rondleiding met proeverij in de ridderzaal. Met ferienpass krijg je korting. Na afloop nog wat bieren gekocht in de shop.

Not only are the starkenberger beers excellent, a trip up to the brewery is well worth it! It’s a steep walk up but this makes for great views. You can enjoy a beer tasting as well.
There is a restaurant on the same site and for the adventurous there is an opportunity to bathe in beer pools.
The brewery seems like it would be a great place for any large events.

Bel birrificio in ambientazione quasi fiabesca, la visita prevede il giro di tutta la struttura e nel salone stile "Harry Potter" si possono degustare a volontá le ottime birre prodotte !! Veramente da non perdere.

Sehr schöner Rundgang durch die Geschichte des Schlosses und der Brauerei bis hin zur Moderne von heute. Tolle Mitarbeiter welche sich noch Zeit für Auskünfte und Gespräche nehmen. Am Schluss gab es im Rittersaal ein kühles Bier nach Wahl. Kann man auch gut mit Kindern machen da es viel Altes zu sehen gibt.

Birrificio in mezzo ai monti dove viene spiegata tutta la storia e la lavorazione della birra Come viene effettuata con visita anche alla fabbrica molto belli sia gli ambienti ancora antichi che tutta la visita in se compresi gli strumenti che si utilizzavano fino al secolo scorso. Fantastica anche la degustazione finale di tutte le birre prodotte dal birrificio e la sala dove questa viene effettuata, quasi una sala medievale
Vale sicuramente la pena se siete nelle vicinanze in quanto anche sostare alla fine della visita fuori sulla splendida terrazza con la vista sui monti e sulla valle merita sicuramente una fermata

Visite un peu cher pour ce qui a voir. Réception difficile à trouver. Visite bien repérée, avec une dégustation en fin de visite à volonté... peut-être le seul point vraiment positif. A voir sans plus....

The brewery seemed completely deserted when we arrived and it took a while to find someone to get information. (If you have the same problem - go upstairs to the office!) But everyone we met later was super friendly and very relaxed.
We had booked a guided tour and beer bath. The guided tour was interesting and offered both info on the brewery and the history of the castle. For German speakers, I would probably recommend going by yourself. You can take more time to look around and there is a lot of information on signs all around.
The beer bath was wonderful. It starts at five when everyone at the brewery seems to go home for the day, so it felt like we had the whole castle to ourselves. What an experience!
It would have been nice to get something to eat, like pretzels. Maybe it is usually available, but the restaurant was closed when we were there. I recommend bringing a snack to go with the all you can drink beer buffet.

Arrivato a questa birreria accompagnato da amici durante un viaggio in Germania, altrimenti sarebbe stato difficile individuarlo. Posto tranquillissimo, bellissima la birreria, una delle più antiche e rinnomate del Tirolo, ottima la cucina austriaca, con servizio accurato. Da consigliare la birra Dunkel Gold Spezial, che si trova anche in vendita nello shop attiguo, molto fornito. Da frequentare ancora.

Зимой работает с перерывом с 12 до 13. Но нам не пришлось ждать его окончания: милейшая фрау снабдила нас бумагами на русском и английском и, не взяв ни копейки денег, отправила осматривать этот пустынный замок-пивоварню самостоятельно. На пути мы встретили нескольких работников, занятых своими делами. Впервые посещаю действующее производство без сопровождения и множества ограничений: можно фотографировать, все смотреть, дегустация в рыцарском зале - тоже самостоятельная: пивные краны в вашем полном распоряжении, холодильник со шнапсом - тоже :) Пиво очень вкусное! В магазине можно как следует закупиться (цены супермаркета). Особенно хорошо нефильтрованное, наливают прямо с линии, до фильтрации.

Hello, do we need to book the tickets and how much does it cost?
Hello, thanks for your interest in our brewery.
If you only want to visit our brewery you don't need to book and you can come visit us during opening hours. The price of a tour without a guide is €7. If you want a guided tour you can join a group if we have own at the given moment. If you are a group with more then 14 people you can book your own guide and then the price would be €8.
If you want to book a beer bath you need to book this and the price is €250/bath. This price is for 4 people in 1 bath and beer included. We also offer special beer tasting tours, here the price depends on the specific needs and wishes from the customer. All info can be found on our website.
If you should have more questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Hello Jakub, thank you very much for your inquiry. There is no limit for Kids to enter our brewery. Besides the brewing process we also have some medieval rooms to visit which most Kids find very exciting. Hope to see you soon at our brewery!
