Klassische Night Market.
Alles vorhanden. Essen ist gut - wenn man richtig wählt ^^
Shakes Süsses alles und auch mal was anderes.
Handeln geht fast immer - bester Zeitpunkt bevor sie schliessen
Codewort: HAPPYHOUR Price ^^ da purzeln die Preise runter die eine Woche vorher 3 Stunden zuvor noch mit no no no begonnen haben :)
Schön zum schlendern

Ormai sono finiti i tempi dei bei mercatini in Thailandia. Tante bancarelle che hanno i stessi prodotti, poche quelle interessanti, ma ancora ce ne sono. Dalla mia ultima volta hanno allestito una seconda via, dunque le bancarelle sono moltiplicate. Si passa comunque una bella serata di svago e con attenzione si possono mangiare anche piatti interessanti BB e varie pietanze thai. Pezzi nella media di Lami, dunque sopra la media

The most joyful and colourful event in Lamai is at the Sunday night market. Everything from cheap magnets, fake silk, woodcraft, jewellery, to more nuanced things that travellers might buy. The most interesting part is surely the food stalls, where most tastes and palates will find their joy. Highlight, of course, is crocodile meat, silk worms, grasshoppers and crickets.

Très très sympa
Le marché commence vers 17h il y a plein de stands au milieu de la rue et les boutiques sur les côtés de la rue principal
Vous y trouverez de tous mais s est surtout l ambiance qui est très sympa
Il y a une autre rue perpendiculaire dédié a la nourriture et la vous pouvez y manger n importe quoi du crocodile des insectes de la porchetta 😂 S est vraiment dépaysement
À faire absolument

Very good night market. Tons of food options. Lots of stalls selling a wide variety of options. Some little cocktail areas set up as well if you want an adult beverage.

Although very busy, the markets had a great vibe with many cheap food and drink options. Lots of stalls with local goods as well. Good night out.

Marché hebdomadaire du dimanche soir à faire au moins une fois, ne serait-ce que pour acheter vos souvenirs avant de rentrer de vacances. Bonne ambiance, beaucoup de monde, plein de petites échoppes où vous pourrez manger et boire à un tarif démocratique, ... A faire donc!

Leuke streekproducten, lekkere eetkraampjes, live muziek,... zeer gezellige avondmarkt. Ideaal om souveniers te shoppen. Een echte aanrader.

Most of the stalls have gazebos so are covered, but they are set up on the streets with no cover. There will no doubt be plenty of umbrellas and raincoats/rain ponchos for sale.

The Sunday Market is only n Sunday's.
However there is also a Lamai Night Plaza that starts at I believe 5 -6:00 pm for 3 hours or so. It has most of the same vendors. Check my posting of the Lamai Market on TA.

We parked in the Tesco on the main road. Huge car park and only a 10 minute walk to the start of the food markets. All the side streets were parked up, there was nowhere else to leave the car but Tesco worked fine.

You can easily park your car somewhere close to the main road "4169" and walk. If I remember correctly we were there around 4-5 p.m. and most of the food stalls were already open. Enjoy!
