Sadly we can only take tours of this property if it isn’t rented at the time of your visit. Thank you very much for your message and question. I am Mattia, the Chiesa del Carmine sommelier. We currently make one white (a pure expression of Trebbiano Spoletino) a red, and a rosé (our first rosé will be released soon and is 100% Sangiovese). Our red il Campanile is a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Sagrantino, aged in French oak casks for 9 months; this wine gets very peculiar and distinctive flavors and aromas from Sagrantino, and we are also planning to be making a pure expression of this autochthonous grape variety in the future (maybe this year if we have sufficient fruit).
