Start: My pickup from the airport was at 1:00pm Goa airport. car company people did not show up. After long followups, they responded. After that he said, we can't to airport, please come with the luggage 1 km away.
CAR: I booked automatic Baleno, they gave me an accidental Glanza. When asked what happened to Baleno, guy tell me, Breakdown. I took Glanza because by that time, I already had spent 2 hours chasing them. Also, though dented it looked clean. But just before I was about to start, Guy came running and said, Sir Left window does not work. So, please don't roll it down. And later I found that car had many problem. I stayed in Goa for 4 days, continuously asked them to replace the car, but only promises were made in air.
Drop Point: Margoan. No body turned up at the Railway station. But somehow, after doing video inspection, he said OK and took the keys.
Finally Deposit Refund: Car company has not yet refunded the money. Rs. 3000 deposit.
So, to summarize, stay away from this eZee Rentals. They are bunch of crooks.

I had booked a car in Jun'23 for Aug'23 trip and got the confirmaiton (advance payment done in Jun'23), got an update on the previous day never got the car delivered nor any support later, my pick and drop location was Madgaon Station, was stranded at 4.30AM with no support till 6AM, later took a cab and reached destination. Never did i get an update later on the reason for cancellation nor advance refund.

I had booked a car had paid advance Rs500 but I heard from my friend he had bad experience with rent a bike he had booked a car n while handing over the car at the airport they just bully since they that he had to board the flight they harass for refund

This is one of the worst experiences any tourist could have . They will ask you to book online and make payment , the number they take payment on is different then the one they correspond . Once the payment is done , they provide some details over WhatsApp . But when we landed in Goa , they made us wait for 2 hours and found some car provider in airport with old car and which has no connection with Ezee cars who demanded un reasonable money to be given in advance . we do not know his credentials as well .
This company is fraud company and they just cheat tourists . Goa tourism department have allowed such cheat companies to operate .
Please be beware of EZEE CAR RENTAL . Do not even look at them . Your holiday will be ruined and they will cheat your money as well .

Fraud company! They will not refund your deposit and even car condition is pathetic they even keep you waiting at the time of delivery

Just like other review, I agree that they are very talented at scamming. We took video of the car on acceptance as suggested by another review on Google. Then on return the pick up person looked at the car and our video and said it's all okay. The deposit is not returned on return, they arrive only with my ID not the cash deposit. After receiving the car they are suppose to refund but instead of refunding they claim that there is a scratch that wasn't on the car before and I lose the deposit. Yet, they have no video of the car when I receive the car and the pick up person checked the entire car against our video of the car. They just ignore the requests for deposit return knowing that we leave India and cannot claim the 3000 rupee.
Also, I discover that I rented from Ezee Car rental, but was delivered by Rent-A-Bike, and the problems that I had I talked to someone from Goa Car Rental. They are all the same and when there is a problem each refers to the other.

Avoid this horrible scam company. This company that also goes by the name of Ezee car rental are scammers and liers. They delivered the car 6 hours past the time and gave us a different car old and full of scratches and not the model I had rented with a screw in the tire. They did not fix the tire for two weeks no matter how many times I called until I got it fixed myself. The airport branch just gives the work to the locals to give you some car and will not take responsibility for anything. The use any stupid excuse to keep your security deposit as well. They will not answer the Igor if your need them and are rude and aggressive. Avoid them all together and tell your friends to not rent from them or expect them to rip you off. Horrible.

They take advances from you to book the car and then they dont answer your call or revert back, to be honest this is a rip off company and believes in ripping people off. BewaRe and blacklist it. My people will definitely do that. Goes by the name of ezee car rental on the net. Just beware and dont fall for their trap

we took 3 bikes from them , we were three couples and bikes were in good condition. we had dropped at dabolim airport from their we took pick up n drop service from rent my bike which was on time and with nice customer service

Goans here are very lazy on work which makes a trourists life difficult in Goa with all services you require. Now because of rent my bike they have been able to provide good up to mark service lot of flexibility in their work. Good customer service.

how can I book online from dabolim airport for 5 days
Hello friends, in goa please be careful while booking a rent bike or scooty, and especially don't ask any autodrivers to take u to the best rent bike provider because many of them are agents and they take u to the worst place.. And don't buy bike/scooty in a dirty shop(guarage) of mulla's near sanscar society opposite to ESI hopital madgao where they provide u scooters which are fit for garbage...they runs guarage and give scooty and bike for rent which is of worst condition, and those mulla's are behaves like goons while returning the vehicles, talks in a bad way with u while returning the vehicles...they looted us too...be carefull frnds

Hi guys we are frequent travellers and often visit goa. Tge best way to book a Rent a bike or rent a car is booking it online. Companies available online are much more professional compared to the local goons.. last time we booked our bike rental from Reng My Bike we found them through google. Service offered was nice.
