They are the worst service provider. They will behave rudely, threaten and loot you. You should stay away from them. Totally professional.

We rented their grand i10 for 5 days, on returning the car, they saw my son (weighs hardly 19kg like a 3-4 yr old) sitting on top of the car, hence decided this is against the rules and refused to give my deposit. Inspite of arguing with them, their boss threatened me with foul language, asking to burn the car or call the cops and he dint care, the boy who came to get the car called four other boys, but all of them were useless. I called the official mobile number of joe car so many times, but no response. Its a front for many local cab operators perhaps. This is why its better to go with Revv or zoomcar.

WORST EXPERIENCE !!!
Please don’t book from JOE car rental service, GOA
We looked through google for rental services in Goa for self drive. Came across Joe rental and called them up. The front desk receptionist spoke nicely and we had specifically mentioned that we wanted the car to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised and we made advance payment of 1000/- for i10 grand. Previous day of our trip she again texted saying instead of i10 grand, she will give us 2021 model swift. We didn’t have a choice other than agreeing to it. Post which she stopped responding to our messages or calls.
We landed in Goa airport at 7:30am with a 7month old baby. The car which was given to us was a pathetic old model of swift. It wasn’t washed, leave alone being sanitised. Inside of the car was so dirty and filled with bottles. We called up the agency million times and the owner’s personal number as well. No one picked or resolved our issue. We were waiting in the hot sun with our little one for 1.5 hours before we moved to another rental service. DON’T HIRE from JOE RENTAL ever.
