We visited for a friends birthday party and it was amazing. The play centre was so clean, so many activities for the children, so much to chose from!! The hosts were perfect, did everything they could to make the pastry run smooth and it absolutely did! Thankyou Phoebe and Kayleigh, so helpful! They have a toddler area for under 3’s only which I love, I know how nice it must be for little ones to be able to play safely! All over best okay centre I’ve ever visited and will be back very soon.

We had our daughters 4th Birthday party last week at Head Over Heels in Handforth/Cheadle. We were looked after by Niamh who was a great host and looked after all the kids brilliantly. The kids had such a wonderful time and Niamh was great at keeping us parents updated during every step of the party. Thank you for making our daughters birthday such a wonderful experience :)

We had our sons 4th Birthday Party at Head over Heels and he had the best day ever.
From the organisation and communication during the booking process to the moment we walked out of the door (with two balloons
!) I couldn’t fault it in any way.
The planning and organisation of the day was brilliant, the play centre is spotless, air conditioned which helped on a really hot day and the children had a great time playing in all of the play structures, dancing in the disco room and then sitting down for food which they all loved.
Emily and Niamh looked after us on the day and they were brilliant. Took care of everything and even committed to the superhero theme in costumes.
We had our sons 3rd birthday at head over heels too and will definitely back for his 5th!

I Came here with my three children and had an amazing experience. Staff are so attentive and really make the experience enjoyable. Amy on reception explained where everything was situated and was really lovely and smiley and great with the children. Jamie (who I think is a manager) was great helping in the cafe. Very friendly and helped with questions I had. Jack made a lovely cappuccino, and the food was delicious. I got meal deals for the two older ones and the portion size was fab. Cafe was clean and tidy. Unfortunately a little boy was Ill in the cafe area and the staff were on it straight away cleaning it all up efficiently. I think four staff members were there straight away and were lovely with the little boys parents making sure they and the little lad were ok? Superb work. Well done.
I think it’s great that the toddler area is just that (for toddlers 0-3) It makes you feel at ease knowing that there is a space safe for your baby where older children are not running around. I explained to my older children and they were fine with playing on the bigger equipment. Amy was on the gate at one point and I did see her explain to parents the reason older children can’t go in that area. As someone wanted their older child to go in and play with their sibling. Some people just don’t get it? But I appreciated it and I’m sure other parents with small children agree.
The toilets are clean and fully stocked. Great having Nappy bags as I forgot ours.
I would also like to mention the safety of the place. The checking in and checking out is great. Knowing the children can’t go out without an adult being signed out just puts your mind at rest. Phoebe was lovely signing us out as my son was a bit upset that we had to go and she gave him a balloon and a sticker and that cheered him up.
Honestly one of the best play centres I’ve been to and will definitely be coming back.
The only thing I would say is definitely plan your visit as it can get really busy and parking was a bit of an issue. We just waited a while until there was a spare space to go in to.
Kids were very happy but tired (happy tired dad too) so happy Mum! Thanks for a great visit!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We are so pleased that you had a great visit and valued everything we do and appreciate the lovely feedback about our team. We have 70 car parking spaces at the venue and these do get full especially at lunch when we are the busiest. You did the right thing waiting as there are people usually leaving every 15 minutes at the weekend and holidays when we offer timed sessions. We also have an overflow weekend only car park C, which has an additional 60 spaces. If they are all full, then the local retail parks are a short walk away. If you have booked a timed session, then our recommendation is to allow extra 15 minutes to find parking. You may also enjoy visiting on a school day when we are usually quieter especially in the afternoon and we offer unlimited playtime.

Our son recently had a sports and super hero themed party at Head Over Heels in Cheadle. He and his friends had a fantastic time and the entire process of organising and ensuring the kids were entertained and looked after was made so much easier by our fantastic party host Ciara.

I had my daughter’s big 5 here. The party host Ty was amazing, engaged the kids and had them screaming with energy. She carried the parents along on what to expect at every turn. My daughter had an amazing time.
