I went when it was foggy, there was condensation on our glasses and hair. Even with the very limited view, we could see some pastures and cows/buffaloes. A very easy and short walk unless you want to hike to lengshuikui hot springs which was a fee bus stops away. It was very accessible with S15 bus, just that the bus is small and it's difficult to secure a seat. The road up was very windy

it's great to hike in the morning but I came in the early afternoon so it's very hot. Quing Tian Gang is the last stop bus and easy to go

Yangming Shan can be easily reached from Taipei by bus; if you have you own transport, it's better to drive. Qing Tian Gang is a meadow in the mountain, it was once a tea garden. These days, it's a grazing area for water buffalo, which are referred to as "cows." The water buffalo are often photographed by young city-dwellers.

It is a good place to take a relax with your family or friends. This period, the weather is hot, so this time I don't put on my jacket. But last time I come here, probably in the spring, I need to put on the jacket. Because the weather is a bit cold. But it is comfortable, especially when the weather is hot in the general area. In here, we walk over the trail, and then sit at the grassland and chat with each other. You also can climb the mountain. First time I went here, we climb the mountain and think it is good. In my memory, that would take some time, but it not much. It also have good views and cows. And the most important is I think there is good for a family or a group of friends to take a relax and chat with them.

Qing Tian Gang was established in the Japanese colonial era (1895-1945) as a tea garden and meadow to pasture cows. When the Kuomintang arrived, it was preserved as open space for the people of Taipei. There's lots of space for people who feel nature deprivation while being .cooped up in the densely populated city. It's a great place for hiking and picnics It's child-friendly. Qing Tian Gang is surrounded by mountains and deep forests. By the way, there are cows grazing in the fields, they are an irresistible photo opportunity for people who have never been in the country before. Qing Tian Yang is 14 km (9 miles) from Taipei.

啥都別說，先給五星再說。你說比不上蒙古、澳洲的大草原，試問，你要飛多遠多累？都會市郊一小時內車程，天晴美，視野無限，感受台灣海峽及太平洋風的交會。雲霧嬝繞也美，就像矇朧的牧場。近期牛隻連續遭遇不測，很痛心，擎天崗有牛就像一幅畫，沒有牛就少了些想像。這裡是台北人心靈的清境地，這不是蒙古、澳洲草原能比擬的。我給它5顆星91分評價。

超大一片草原，綠油油很舒服。裡面有野生牛群，很特別。遠景近景都很美。唯一需注意是無遮蔽物，很曬。不過總有涼風吹來。可開車到，可搭公車，也可從冷水坑步行。很方便。

U need to find the bus tht stop over at the tourist center, then xfer onto their inbound attractions bus which go in loop. If u only interested in some areas, probably an check bus from shih lin Market, beitou subway that actually stop by at some attractions points. Then after sight seeing, hop onto inbound bus to proceed to next. U r able to use the easy card.
