We had a great tour of the Carib Brewery. It was very well organized as they took us all around the brewery and we learned how the beer was brewed. It was very fascinating and cool to watch (and smelled delicious!). By the end of the tour, they brought us back and served us a nice lunch and we got to sample a lot of different beers! They know how to take care of people!

Great taste in hot weather. This beer tastes light. We almost had this beer everyday. Alcohol is not so strong.

very strong drinks and quality as well but I never really had a tour only research online but I think that the tour would be a very great experience for me and my school assignment as well

A locally owned establishment that manufactures and distributes some of the most delicious drinks to many markets. Very strong brands and very loyal staff.

I have never had a tour at this facility before but the beer is the best,especially when it is beastly cold.

I had done this Brewery Tour some years ago and I think that one should do these type of tours (legal age) to learn about what you drink. The process of fermentation. The raw product to the finished product. Then and only then you can relax and enjoy a great tasting beer...CARIB

Actually met the owner of this brewery on a plane down to POS. He invited me for a quick tour on his way home. Ultra modern brewery worth a visit. Personally, I don't love their beers though- they're too light for me.

This is not a review, but nevertheles important.
Eight years ago, i had reason to and did in fact call th ebrewery to advise of a situation.
At the Australian olympics there were beers from all over the world on display and on sale. CARIB was the first to be sold out. This was not because there was not enough, but beause of the appeal. Even after there was none people kept on asking for more. I called the company and suggested they were not marketting the product agressively enough.
That was then.
Four days ago, I bought a CARIB at TESCO in basildon England. TESCO is at present the largest retaller in europe and arguably, the world at present. When i purchased it, the CARIB was positioned next to some red stripe. At this point let me say that this was the first time TESCO had stocked the product...I live near to the outlet and do all my shopping there For effect, i will tell you that this outlet, NOT A MALL, is approximately two football pitches in size.
Today i went back for another, and to treat my workmates to a CARIB.....THERE WAS NONE. Gone,-- sold out,-- nil,-- zero,-- zilch The redd stripe was still there but no CARIB.
I approached the manager who assured me that by Friday the store would have a supply.
This reinforces my previous view that the product is not being marketted agressively enough. CARIB can stand up to any , ANY beer there is out here. and that is not just the Trini in me talking. Come on gents, as they say here, pull your finger out and make this "Beer of Trinidad" the beer of the world. and while doing so, do not let the standard drop,
God alone knows, what Kamla and her bunch is doing to the country's economy we need the revenue,

Incidentally, i think this is a wrong approach and reviews/comments/critiques should be freely given and accepted for what they are worth. After all we do not ask for any sort of formality before purchasing the product. and the larger companies of the world are being more customer friendly these days in light of the severe cometition out there. It might be a good idea to drop the syiff necked approach. You would be amazed at the vast improvement in customer/bank relations which has been achieved by Lloyds TSB by adopting a more user friendly attitude.
