After over a day of travel and flights from the US, I was exhausted. I skipped the big bus tour with my group and decided to book a massage at the spa. It was a tranquil, beautiful facility with a peaceful energy. Mita was my masseuse and she was fantastic. I asked for a medium touch and broad stokes….no poking and prodding :). She listened to a tee and gave me the most relaxing massage!! It was exactly what I needed. Thank you, Mita :).

Excellent service from Titin and Mita. We weren’t residents at the hotel but went after reading good reviews and we were not disappointed. Service was very professional and respectful. Only blip was we didn’t get our foot massage due to miscommunication.

이제까지 많은 스파를 다녀봤고, 물론 굉장히 좋은 스파도 많이 가봤고, 아름다운 곳들도 많았는데 이곳 역시 휴게공간이라던가 스파받는 공간이 굉장히 잘 되어있었다. 게다가 사우나 공간도 있어서 마사지를 받고 그 후에 이용할 수 있는 점도 좋았다. 따로 개인라커도 있을 정도로 시설은 훌륭했다. 마사지는 어떤 마사지사를 만나느냐에 따라 조금 호불호가 갈릴 수 있기에 뭐라고 말할 순 없지만 전반적으로 스킬은 무척이나 훌륭했다. 나는 몸에 살이 별로 없어서 손이 통통한 분을 선호하는 편인데, 나랑 체구가 비슷한 분이 해주셨지만, 소프트로 받아서 굉장히 프로페셔널하다는 생각이 드는 마사지였다. 중간중간 근육을 마사지로 풀어주실때 어느정도 강도는 있어서 움찔하기도 했지만, 마사지를 다 받고 나서 스팀 마사지와 월풀욕조에서 약 15분간 나 혼자 왔다 갔다 하면서 몸을 풀 수 있어서 더 좋았다. 개인적으로 만약 다시 이곳에 찾는다면 꼭 다시 스파를 받아도 좋을 만큼 괜찮았다. 단점을 꼽자면 가격?

I had a massage with Mita and it was amazingly relaxing. I love how she welcome me with blessings rituals, always made sure I was comfortable, being delicate but with very good pressure on the tissues for deep massage. I enjoyed the welcome drink and tea at the end with chocolate. The whole experience was delightful. Thank you Mita

Beautiful and clean place. The hotel overall was lovely but what really made it amazing was the staff!!! Mita at the spa, so gentle, she took care of me and my sun burn. Risi at dinning was so lively and attentive, she always made us smile. Dama at the bar, so informative and sweet. I really appreciated everyone I met at the Westin. Thank you Westin for a lovely stay.

The spa is clean and comfortable. I got a strong massage. Attendants were professional. I would go back and definately recommend this spa.
