My daughter and I had a fantastic time with the kayaking tour guided by Joe this week. He’s super knowledgeable in everything we saw, we visited so many spots I wouldn’t be able to discover on my own. Some wonderful things we saw included new born seal babies, elegant cormorants, giant feather duster worms ( so cute and pretty!) and a huge purple sea star. The 2.5 hour tour went so fast with full of wonderful discoveries, it’s the best experience we had during the stay on the Island. Highly recommend to anyone to join the tour even if you’re experienced with kayaking!

Jackson was a great guide. He made sure slow kayakers were safe and included. I saw things I'd never seen before kayaking - anemones, spouting gooeducks, and many sea otters swimming and jumping around us.

Joel was one of the best paddling instructors I’ve ever encountered. He is patient, very knowledgeable, kind, thorough and encouraging. Felt more confident in my kayak and skills. Also appreciated his teachings on the local ecosystem. I’m looking forward to taking more lessons with PIKA. Highly recommend.

Nana, mother and 2 gkids took a 2.5 hour Harbour Tour with Joel. The gkids contented themselves with popping seaweed while Mom and Nana eagerly absorbed all the information Joel provided about the riches of the sea. As other reviewers have commented, Joel is patient, kind and non-judgemental about how I steered my kayak. They offered dry bags for our phones and secure storage for our purses. Highly recommend this organisation.

Jay and his team were very professional and made everyone feel very safe comfortable. His team was knowledgable and friendly helping everyone have a great time children and adults alike. Amazing photos also courtesy of Jay.

My group of 4 took the 2.5 hr. Harbour Tour with Joel and it was excellent. Joel is a very experienced and knowledgable guide who very patiently geared us up and taught us some basic techniques. We arn’t kayakers yet Joel gave us the help and confidence needed to get out there and do it!

We went on a four hour kayak tour. The guide, Jay, was so friendly and had so much knowledge on the area and sea life. Jay was a great guide and we had a wonderful afternoon. The kayak was easy to handle and the ocean was beautiful. I recommend this company to everyone. Thank you Jay!

Jay was an awesome knowledgeable tour guide who showed us where to spot wildlife. After just finishing another kayak tour on Salt Spring, we were impressed Pender Island Kayak Adventures provided us with the latest kayak equipment.

Jay was a fantastic tour guide! He was extremely knowledgeable of the local fauna and environment! We saw sea otters, herons, and seals at a respectful distance and we had a blast kayaking around the Harbour! Jay knew the waters very well and I felt safe and comfortable bringing my old dad along the trip! He even took photos for us with his phone and gave us the photos at the end of the trip! We highly recommend his services and we will definitely come back again for another tour! Pender Island Kayak Adventures was the highlight of our vacation! Thanks Jay!

Beautiful afternoon paddle. We rented two kayaks and went out on our own for a couple of hours. Saw seals, eagles, herons, and beautiful scenery.
