Interactive map of the islands is educational and fun. Lots of great and unique items to purchase. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit!

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Was looking for information about the roads and logging activity on the way to Renold Sound and they had all the updated information. The gave us great information on other things to see on the way like Yakoun Lake which was amazing!

It’s always nice when you go to an Info Centre and ask a question you know has been asked a thousand times before & the staff are still pleasant and helpful.

We stopped in at least 3 times on our recent visit to get information, buy some nice souvenirs, sit down on some comfy chairs while waiting for our bus and of course using the WC. They were open on the weekend and Labor Day. I really recommend visiting this office

Helpful staff in a visitor centre are a given. Original artwork that suits the room and the location, well that’s not typical. Hung around the room is a beautiful quilt that represents images of Haida Gwaii landscape, animals, scenery. Oh, and the staff are great.

Great service and very helpful upon arrival we were greeted and asked how they could help , great suggestions and helpful hints especially in regards to the tides .

Centrally located in QC town the visitor centre has a lot of useful local info, helpful staff and wifi (for a donation) - wifi is sparse on Haida Gwaii. Worth stopping off to get the inside track

This visitors center was not as good as other centers we have visited, although it does have lots of gifts for sale.

We stop by the center several times each trip to Haida Gwaii. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's a nice selection of souvenirs, and the waterfront view is scenic.

We first tried to visit there when we first got to the islands. However it turned out it was closed on the day we arrived. We did manage to get there the day we were leaving and the lady that works at their hair looks after it is very nice and a pleasure to deal with. However as she pointed out they have great difficulty getting staff as most of their staff is University students who leave in September when they returned to University.
