I am a Guide leader and we took 30 Guides aged 10-16 on a Winchester Ghost tour. We had a fantastic time - the history was really interesting and the level of scare / spookiness was perfect for the age group. Loved the costumes, enthusiasm and jump-scares!

We had a very enjoyable evening.
How well you all engaged with the whole group and how well you delivered the history.
I would suggest if you can, to do history tours for local schools.
The amount of knowledge of the history you guys have is amazing.
I am a shamed to say I am nearly 50, I did not know about the history that has been sat right under my nose 😞.
Definitely going to be signing up for more.

My friend and I had a great time. The guys enthusiasm in telling the stories is great and they successfully scared us half to death (we are complete scaredy cats!)

The Ghost Tour in Southampton was something else! We learnt about the history of the city in a really engaging way- we learnt so many new things and saw parts of the city usually hidden to members of public. The tour guides were BRILLIANT and the other additions that joined us were proper scary. Lots of things that go bump in the night but not so many that you can’t learn about the dark history of Southampton. Fantastic- we will be booking the Portsmouth one next!

Great tour of old Southampton with the added bonus of visiting some of the vaults (Not recommended for those who don't like the dark or loud noises!). The stories are brought to life by the very enthusiastic actors and their knowledge of the history of the city. A fun night out.

We had a really great experience from start to finish. We booked a private Winchester Ghost Walk as a Hen Do event. Andrew and the team were responsive to emails and happy to be flexible with the plan for the evening. The actors were excellent on the day, very personable and knowledgeable, able to make the group relax and laugh, but also to make the atmosphere spooky when appropriate - we found ourselves looking over our shoulders at times! The tour itself was packed with history and ghost stories, and took us to some interesting previously unexplored areas of Winchester.

Went on the tour last night in Southampton with my son it was my 2nd time but first for my son he absolutely loved it we are now thinking of doing the Winchester one.......the team are very friendly and informative......I highly recommend this tour A+++++++

I went on the Ghost tour in Winchester. I've lived in Winchester for most of my life and thought I'd seen all round the city, though to my surprise the team took me to places I hadn't been before, which I found refreshing. The team also told some facts about Winchester, which I had no previous knowledge of in a fun and entertaining way. Their costumes were great and their theatrical timing I thought was superb, and really made some of the other tour goers jump! The team certainly knew how to build the suspense the more the tour went on, and the way they played off eachother was brilliant! 🙂

I attended a ghost tour in Southampton, not really sure what I was expecting.
The tour was centred around supernatural things and gruesome events over several centuries, and included a lot of historical insight. It was a genuinely enjoyable and engaging experience thanks to the actors who presented the whole thing, who were quite passionate throughout the whole thing. You also gain access to some of Southampton's medieval vaults, each with a unique story to tell.
Some of the topics and stories can be quite gruesome, and there is a fair bit of 'audience engagement' involved.
Overall, it was one of the best tours I've been on and certainly one of the most enjoyable things I've done in Southampton in a while. A must-go if one is happening while you're in Southampton and enjoy learning about some of the history and tales of the area.

Having read previous reviews, I had quite high expectations.
A cold, damp and dark night should have been the perfect setting for a ghost tour but I found it rather disappointing. A limited number of stories with not a lot of depth, for some I didn't even see the connection with a ghost story. I would have like to hear more of the history and description of the background of each of the stories.
Also, one of the actors was very difficult to understand. The size of the group didn't help as we had to be quite spread out on the pavement which made hearing even more difficult.
