Me and my best friend went yesterday and it was a fantastic experience, we'd never been before so weren't 100% sure what to expect but it was such good fun! Definitely recommend, even with two people.

Such good fun. Went for a birthday treat and we did the temple of coins and squid games. There were 2 of us so I thought we might get tired playing all the games with little break but it worked really well. Customer service was excellent, the A/C had broken in the room we were in so it was quite hot, but they gave us free water as/when we needed. Our game glitched at one point and they paused it, put us in a new room (with A/C), restarted the game and gave us free G&Ts. Very impressed. Would definitely return.

My son celebrated his 12th birthday with friends at immersive gamebox. Staff are super nice and the whole set up was such fun.
Really interactive and team building, the boys were on an absolute high afterwards. Great experience!

Alien Aptitude test - 84. I really cannot recommend this game. It is four x 10 minute games that are very easy and very boring! You cannot exit a game if you don't like it and the challenge doesn't increase as you head towards the 10 minute end point. We are not experienced gamers, so I am not talking from the point of view of someone who needed really hard games. The issue is they were repetitive and just not fun! Maybe the other games are better. But for the staggering price tag - go elsewhere.

The games were great, had so much fun. I didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as my brother but I did. Great fun for everyone and if you’re thinking to give it a miss….don’t!!

We had fun playing Squid Game, but it really is nothing more than an interactive screen in a sweltering box! Certainly not worth £34 per person (£204 for a family of 6) for 1 hour of gameplay. I would not go back.

What a great time we all had! Our group of 6 was family and friends. We played the Alien Aptitude Test ‘84. A varied selection of challenging games, getting us to work together to score points and get a grade at the end of each one.
Loved the 80s soundtrack!

I WANT REFUND! The worst customer service from Maya (Mia?) had such strong passive aggressive personality. Unwelcoming atmosphere but the two guys were nice. It's also expensive (£21 for 30mins game) and the game itself was slow and laggy. I felt I had no control. She stormed in to ask for feedback after seeing we gave it a 2/5 rating. When providing feedback, Maya was defensive saying it was our fault that we chose temple of coins and they have better games if we could afford the more expensive and longer game session. I did not spend a total of £42 to be belittled by your staff. Her communication is NOT suitable for gaming environment. It might be beneficial for the company to review the suitability of their staff for the roles they are assigned to especially when it’s customers service role especially in a gaming environment. where effective communication is crucial to ensure customer satisfaction and good time.

Which is the most challenging game in the Southwark branch? I'm interested in going with some work friends but concerned some of the games may be a bit boring or less engaging if aimed at families and teens.
