Really wonderful gardens, full of surprises.
Not large, but well laid out, with greenhouses, kitchen garden, shell memorial, fountains and water features galore, and beauty wherever you looked.

What an amazing gardens thease are, the rest of the grounds are laid to lawn. But soon as one enters the Earls gardens you will be amazed about the content and surprises.

Phenomenal gardens, lots of ‘rooms’ to investigate.
Lots of ideas.
We visited in summer and it was pretty special. Just missed out on the rose garden but so much colour and scent!
I’ve put my full review on Arundel Castle.
A little confused by the lower ratings on here but the comments are positive.

These stunning gardens are designed as a series of interconnected rooms with their green oak Pagodas (one of which is architecturally decorated with antlers), water features and fountains and Oberon's Palace with its shell grotto inside.
Opened in 2008 as a tribute to Thomas Howard, the 14th Earl of Arundel, the gardens have lush planting and different characteristics as you move from one of the 'rooms' to another, exploring the different spaces and hidden corners, while as a backcloth you can see Arundel Cathedral and the Church of St Nicholas over the hedges.
The Earl's Garden leads onto other gardens - the rose and vegetable gardens and the glass houses.
The Gardens are not to be missed and a delightful surprise to find on visiting the Castle, while there is also a new Water Garden, as a wildlife reserve, on the site of the Stew Ponds.

This is a stunning garden, not only because the planting is varied and colourful but the structures within the garden are also incredible.

A vár után ahol már írtam a kert is kihagyhatatlan. külön részletei vannak, mindet be kell járni és élvezni a növények sokszínűségét. Az earl családjának konyhakertje is itt van. Érdemes beszélni a kertészekkel.

Primorosamente tratado , com uma multiplicidade de flores das mais diferentes cores, com o mobiliário em madeira de carvalho e a pequena fonte com a coroa suspensa por um jacto de água. Limpíssimo. apercebi-me de 8 jardineiros são responsáveis por esta beleza.
