Cantina giovane a gestione famigliare. Abbiamo provato tre grand cru: Divine, Exception e Sublime, tutti di elevata finezza e qualità, freschezza, acidità e mineralità e con bollicine finissime. Gentilissimo il proprietario e molto carina la location di degustazione.

We stumbled on this Champagne house and loved it. To call it boutique would exaggerate its size. A husband and wife operate and provide the tasting for guests. I thought their Champagnes quite good, and their tasting courtyard is quite pleasant.

Petit domaine. Une très belle découverte. Pour personne qui souhaite découvrir un bon vin de champagne. Hôte très sympathique.
A découvrir absolument.

10 minute visit with a two sip pour

The tasting was €14, which included a small taste (approximately 1 ounce or 3 CL) of two Champagnes. There were no other visitors at this house during our visit. The tasting was guided by the house’s owner (a very nice gentleman) who talked about each champagne for 20-30 seconds before serving it (type of grapes, flavor profile, years aged, etc). The tasting room did not have chairs, and was standing room only. There was no tour of the house and a restroom was not available. From start to finish, the visit was less than 10 minutes.

Pros:
- Excellent champagne & the bottles are reasonably priced (starting at €30).
- The tasting is hosted by the owner, who actually lives upstairs at the Champagne house — very authentic.
Cons:
- The champagne pours were very small, the smallest of any of the 6 houses we visited in Epernay & Reims.
- While meeting the owner was neat, the visit was otherwise short & impersonal.
- As the tasting room was small and without seats, it felt awkward to have private conversations (with the owner present). Further, as the pours were truly tastes and not full glasses, it was two sips and done. No opportunity to relax and enjoy the experience.

Overall conclusion: Buy a bottle to-go or have a glass at a restaurant, but skip the visit. As I had read so many positive reviews online, I was very disappointed. Spend a few more Euros and enjoy a longer experience as another house.

Dear Kyle Whitley, We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your visit at our home ( you gave us 2 bad comments) But maybe we have to clarify some things. We open our private home ( not only a part, we live in all the house) sorry, we are small company. For 14€ you can taste 1 Grand Cru and 1 Grand Cru vintage 2013 2x8cl in a big glass of 30cl to open the aromas, so aproximately 1/4 of the glass (it's noted before to enter) most of our visitors think it's a good price for this prestigious quality champagnes. Apparently you enjoyed our champagnes and you were well received, so we did our job. Small tasting glasses give the possibility to discover more champagnes, most of our visitors are here to discover, not to drink. Usually, a tasting is stand up, it is easier to explain the flavors, and talk about champagne, the process, etc...If you prefer to drink and seat in a quiet corner, a bar is closer to what you reserch, so we think you made a mistake because we are not a bar. Dégustation Arnaque !

Payer 14 eur par personne et avoir deux verres à moitié remplis, je trouve que c'est de l'arnaque. pour le cas de mon compagnon, c'était même des verres remplis à un tiers!!! Pas de toilette (car les toilettes sont à l'étage, donc pas pour les clients, juste pour les propriétaires). Pas de coin pour nous poser, discuter tranquillement, ou poser nos verres. nous devons faire la dégustation debout. Le petit salon de dégustation fait 15m² pour recevoir tous les clients (comptoir compris), c'était minuscule. (4 chaises adossées aux murs, les propriétaires nous observent constamment derrière le comptoir), nous avions juste posés nos manteaux. Il y avait des chaises et tables dans la petite cour, mais il faisait froid à l'extérieur...

nous étions venus déguster et trouver un champagne pour notre mariage, leurs champagnes étaient corrects, mais l'accueil plutôt froid. nous passons notre chemin.

Madame, vous vous êtes trompée d'endroit ! Nous sommes désolés que votre expérience chez nous ne vous ait pas donné satisfaction: mais à la lecture de vos remarques, un bar semblait plus adapté à vos attentes. Effectivement nous ouvrons la porte de notre domicile privé (nous sommes une petite entreprise) pour proposer la découverte de plusieurs qualités de Champagne dans notre salle de dégustation ou traditionnellement une dégustations se fait debout pour mieux échanger sur les différents arômes et le Champagne en général et de façon normale aussi, ce ne sont jamais des verres remplis (les contenances des verres sont affichées avant d'entrer chez nous ) 2 x 8cl servis dans des verres de 30cl pour ouvrir les arômes soit approximativement 1/4 du verre, si vous avez eu des verres remplis à 1/3 vous avez été plutôt bien servis. 14€ pour déguster des Grand Cru et millésimes, nos autres visiteurs sont loin de penser à une arnaque. Mais visiblement, vous espériez boire 2 verres dans un endroit tranquille, un bar semblait plus adapté, nous pensons que vous vous êtes trompés d'endroit. Vos commentaires sont inappropriés. Absolutely brilliant tasting experience. Run by a couple in their own family home, it has a wonderful, intimate experience. The champagne is also brilliant, and the tasting is all in their prestige range.

Otroligt trevlig personal! Mötte herr och fru. De berätta om sina barn vars namn döpt dess champagne. Bubbligt Trevligt och en champagne att minnas. Köpte med mig en flaska hem, ångra jag inte köpte fler.

Heerlijke champagne, echter behoorlijk prijzig voor het proeven terwijl we daarna ook nog flessen hebben gekocht. Dat zou iets klantvriendelijker kunnen.
