We had the wonderful opportunity to spend two days with Kevin, both in Nuremberg and Bamberg. He was an absolute joy to be with. His knowledge of the history, art, architecture, etc., was nearly limitless. He is very flexible and great to be with.

My adult son and I had a private tour with Kevin to visit the former Nazi Rally Grounds as well as the courthouse where the post WWII Nazi criminal trials took place. Kevin provides a high level experience. He met us at our hotel and graciously waited for us to begin the tour at the agreed upon time despite the fact that we were nearly an hour late due to transportation issues trying to get to Nuremberg from another location. We chose Kevin as a tour guide because he is originally from the USA and as American tourists, that don't speak any German, we wanted a tour experience that would not present any language challenges. We had already visited a previous German city on this trip and had tour guides that were a bit more difficult to understand since English was not their first language. Kevin is a wealth of knowledge on the subject and he drove us around in his private vehicle to various sites that we would never have been able to find on our own unless we had put hours of research and planning into the subject. It was a convenient way to see all of the relevant WWII highlights in the matter of a couple of hours. Kevin is polite, knowledgeable, and has a very good sense of relating catastrophic events of the past to current events happening today. It is was an enlightening education despite how much we thought we already knew about the events of WWII. Would highly recommend Kevin as a tour guide.

Kevin provided a great tour and learning experience. He was engaging, knowledgeable, funny and knows how to create a positive experience for his clients. We enjoyed his commentary, and the level of information was spot on. Our group of four included two WWII and history enthusiasts. He was able to answer their questions and keep them engaged throughout our tour. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone wishing to gain insights about the Nurmeberg Trials, Rally Grounds, and Nurmeberg in general. He was a wealth of knowledge.

We took the WW2 tour and the Old Town tour on separate days. Keven was a very knowledgeable guide on both. We appreciated his stimulating descriptive style and thought-provoking questions. He has designed the final stop for WW2 at the museum/courtroom for the legendary Nuremberg trials so that you can spend more time there without him having to wait. We very much appreciated this flexibility. Highly recommended - especially for history buffs like us!

Kevin was so knowledgeable that we all came away from the tour saying we learnt more on this tour than any other we have been on. I loved the fact that he made modern day comparisons as it helped our daughters fully understand how dictators are able to command such devotion. A really good tour - thank you .

The 2 of us met up with Kevin and began our tour with touring the WW2 sites. Kevin was a wealth of information and definitely knew his topic! After 2 hours we headed to Old Town and toured there with so much information and stories that the time flew by! We would highly recommend Kevin’s tour to get your best Nuremberg experience!!

We were a group of 5 ages from 19 to 77, Kevin kept us all involved. He is very knowledgeable
about the area and will custom the tour to meet your interests. We were interested in medieval with a little WWII thrown in, Kevin did it. We drove in from Rothenburg he provided us with the best place to park and a couple of excellent places to eat. We were never rushed he answered everyone’s questions, even a few days after the tour. We will join in with everyone else who gives Kevin a well earned 5 star review.

The person who leads your tour can make or break an experience. With Kevin the experience was above and beyond our expectations and certainly made our tour a memorable one. We had six people in our group and the theme of our visit to Europe was WWII. Kevin's knowledge, not only about Nuremberg, but about the era itself, was next level. He even provided us with photos of how the areas looked during the time period, which helped us visualize the vastness of several of the locations. We'd give Kevin and Nuremberg Tours in English more than 5 stars if we could - that is how impressed we were with the entire tour. Many thanks to Kevin for adding to the success and enjoyment of our tour of Germany and France.

Hi Kevin, I would like to visit Nuremberg for WW2 and know more about the Nazi History in January, is it possible to pick me up at munich if I pay extra? Because i may not be living in Nuremberg and I travel individually, is it okay to book the tour for 1 person?

He responds quickly to E-Mails and I suggest you contact him.
If you "Google" Nuremberg Tours in English, you will find his web site and contact information. Trip Advisor does not allow for posting of that information in my answer.

Hello. I have learned from my trip planning for Berlin that some companies go in buildings and other companies goto the building and then discuss it from the outside without ever going in. Does this tour company go in buildings? If it does go in buildings, can you please advise which buildings people go in on the WW2 combo tour, Nazi Party Rally Grounds tour and the Old Town tour? For instance, do you go in the castle, do you go in the document center, do you go in the churches? Thanks so much. I was originally planning on using a different company for Nuremberg but its reviews are not good so I am now looking again and this company seems to get the best on trip advisor.

On my Nuremberg tours we do not go into the Documentation Center or inside the castle or Albrecht Dürer's house. But we do go inside the Congress Hall, St. Lawrence Church and, time permitting, St Sebald Church. My customers go inside Room 600 and it's exhibition on their own during my WW2 Combo Tour.
Having said all of that, however, since my tours are private, we can do pretty much anything that you want to do.
