We had a lot of fun. It wasn't easy, but it was manageable. The time was just right. Children really should not be under 10 years old. It requires patience and perseverance. The puzzles are varied and tricky.

We did an exit game. Had a lot of fun but for the price I would have expected more. Unfortunately, a mystery was defective.

It was fun, but one function of the escape room was broken, which left a mystery missing. If we'd just figured out one detail faster, we'd have finished the escape room way too quickly. For the price you should be able to expect everything to be intact and you can make a full escape room.

I thought it was very fun and I would love to come back again. The cooperation of teams was very nice and you could fight the other team very well because you were so much.

What a DISAPPOINTMENT!
We were promised 3 games 'guaranteed' and we became only 2. Did we get money back, voucher, or at least an apology? Nothing! We paid 672€ for 3 games for 25 plp, and only got 2. All because of their bad organization and the worst service ever. So sad ☹️
We booked way in advance 3 games 'guaranteed' to celebrate a friend's birthday.
Start game: 15:30. We all arrived between 15 y 15:10 to be ready.
By 15:30 we all had watched the intro video twice (German, then English), and went inside to play with our orange wristbands. But! They suddenly kicked us out and asked the people with the orange wristbands to wait outside, for no reason whatsoever.
All right. We waited! After 30 minutes, at 4pm we finally got to play our 1st round. Later our 2nd. And for our 3rd round, we were already inside the arena with the equipment on and ready to play.. BUT, they suddenly kicked us out again, saying our time was over and were not allowed to play anymore... What???
A woman in charge started yelling at us and said she'd call the police if we wouldn't leave. We were perplexed and could not understand this unfair treatment. Maybe bc we're a group of grown ups and Latinos?
How unbelievable it is that you end up getting yelled at and humiliated, for asking what you already paid for.
Not fair. Not nice. Too expensive for what we got. Next time I'll go back to laser evolution.

Super unsympathetic staff, dirty and racist behaviour towards foreign customers, poor customer service, and so on. Poorly organised and simply antisocial. Our group had paid for 3 rounds and were kicked out with police after the second round! Would never come back!
