I charge 30 € that I consider improper. I made a reservation for Saturday, December 21 and, on the same day as the reservation, called to confirm if I could make changes. On that occasion, I was informed that it was possible to modify it up to two days before, as it depended on the confirmation of the parents of the children who were going to accompany us.
On Thursday, December 19, I contacted to modify the reservation, as it was not possible for me to attend at the times they had available. In view of this situation, I requested the total cancellation of the reservation, which was made. However, they informed me that they would refund the money minus €30, claiming that I had not called at 11 a.m., which seems absurd, since I was still on time.
I would like to point out that this type of conditions is not clearly mentioned on your website. Besides, neither is the ticket. I believe that there has been no waste of inputs, time, or resources on the part of your company, as I am giving two days notice. Attempts are made, however, to justify this charge in a non-transparent manner.

The room is very well set and the game master makes the game very fun. Super recommended!! We were a group of 6 and we all enjoyed it.

It has been an amazing experience and absolutely recommended. We did it with our 10-year-old son and had a great time. Fantastically set, meeting the challenge cost us, but we achieved it thanks to the invaluable help and clues of the always friendly Simon. A plan of 10!
