€15 for a two-hour walk through the tunnels (Greek, Roman and WWII) then a visit to a Roman theatre. Excellent, but finding the entrance can be tricky!

comincio dalle "controindicazioni" se sospettate di essere claustrofobici pensateci un po' prima di entrare.
Detto questo è un'esperienza straordinaria, una guida che ci spiega con simpatia e competenza e come Virgilio fa entrare un gruppo di visitatori, ognuno munito di candela, neanche fossimo anime del purgatorio, nel ventre sotterraneo di Napoli, ci parla di leggende di spiriti, ricordi di guerra, imperatori romani, l'antica Grecia, il contrabbando di sigarette, monacielli, belle 'mbriane...c'è tutto di più. assolutamente si...da farsi!
P.S. …i monacielli e le belle 'mbriane sarebbero i corrispettivi napoletani dei folletti. 😊

La gita merita veramente, peccato che la ns guida (luisa) ci abbia dimenticati all interno dei cunicoli non interessandosi di aver perso ben 12 persone del suo gruppo, piu un cane che faceva da chiudi gruppo.
Per cui abbiamo perso parte delle spiegazioni.

Wonderful walking tour of the Sebtarranean Naples. We found the tour really informative, engaging and fun! Don't want to give away spoilers, but would highly recommend, unless you're claustrophobic (though some bits can be skipped)! We felt it was a little bit pricey, compared to the value of other Naples attractions, but that aside would thoroughly recommend.

Nulla da dire sulla bellezza dell’esperienza di visitare Napoli sotterranea e sulla simpatia e della bravura della ragazza che ci ha fatto da guida.
Ma imbarazzante il fatto che io e miei amici abbiamo dovuto spendere 2€ in più, perché il tour in inglese secondo la receptionist “è un servizio in più” ho viaggiato spesso nei musei all’estero, nessuno mi ha chiesto dei soldi in più per la guida in Italiano, a dir poco imbarazzante.
Ma imbarazzante il fatto che io e miei amici abbiamo dovuto spendere 2€ in più, perché il tour in inglese secondo la receptionist “è un servizio in più” ho viaggiato spesso nei musei all’estero, nessuno mi ha chiesto dei soldi in più per la guida in Italiano, a dir poco imbarazzante.

I had reserved our tickets in advance and, when I got there, incorrectly assumed that prebooking meant I had prepaid.
We were greeted by one of the RUDEST, most confrontational women I have ever met who snapped at me to go away and check my emails to see I hadn't already paid. When we returned to pay, she immediately demanded, "Now do you believe me?" while handing me the tickets. She then snatched the tickets out of my hand again and said, "If you don't believe me, then there is no point you doing this." We managed to get the tickets off her and pay. I would never dream of speaking to queueing visitors at my job (in a UK museum) like she did. It soured the entire visit for my husband.
The amount was listed as €15 each for skip the line tickets, but we'd ended up queueing with people who hadn't prebooked anyway and they only paid €10 each.

I am not sure if this is suitable for someone with walking difficulties. Pretty sure there are over 100 steps to walk down & back up, not to mention there are some sections of the underground is very dark & narrow.
Best check with the ticket office before buying the ticket.

How much is an adult ticket if I buy at the kiosk? Skip the queue is €15 online, and the website says this is more expensive than buying at the venue but I can’t see how much the normal tickets cost for an adult

If I arrive about 15 mins before an English tour begins, is that enough time to buy tickets at join it? For example, on a Thurs for the 4pm English tour

I don’t know, but I doubt it. We arrived at 12:00 and our tickets were for 2:00. Probably would have booked online if we had known.

Not really, a few of the stairwells were single file only. Lots of the places you stand in are quite spacious.

Hai delle difficoltà a passarci.
Devi solo abbassare la testa un po’ più del dovuto, io sono alto 1,80 e sono passato ugualmente.
Tieni presente che il cunicolo non è solo basso, ma è anche stretto....
Se hai problemi di claustrofobia, non te lo consiglio.... ma è un avvertimento che viene dato a tutti i partecipanti... passando in altra stanza ed ovviando al cunicolo.
Ti perderesti la suggestione, ma non inciderebbe sulla bellezza delle caratteristiche di “Napoli Sotterranea”

Ci sono cunicoli obbligatori che si affrontano durante il percorso abbastanza stretti?perche ho attacchi di panico quando non mi trovo in spazi mediamente ampi...

Ciao c’è un percorso molto stretto ma non è obbligatorio farlo si può aspettare il gruppo in uno spazio molto ampio.
