I ordered 4 sweaters. I asked for information on sizing in advance, but the information that was made available was very unclear. I got 3 out of 4 right, but the 4th one was way off.
I followed their return instructions precisely. It cost me $57 to ship the $140 sweater back for a refund. (Plus I bought a replacement for the mis-sized one.) But the sweater sat in Norwegian customs for a month before being returned to me with no explanation. I notified Mall of Norway that it seemed to be stuck there but they didn't seem to take any action.
The Mall of Norway customer service told me to take it up with my shipper. Everyone saying "not my fault."

We ordered a sweater from Norway shop at the end of March. They took the money and the item went to despatch.
By April we hadn;t had any update so we raised two queries via their online webform and got an automated email in response. However, we got no actual response from them.
We phoned them several times in May. Each time we chose the English option. Each time it seemed the call was put through to a mobile with a message that the phone wasn't available.
By June we gave up on them. We've since been working with our credit card company to get our money back. We've just had confirmation that our money has been credited.
Do not use Norway Shop.

I ordered a sweater from the online store in May. After a month, the item was still showing “awaiting packing facilities”. It never arrived. I tried twice, via their website to request information but received no response whatsoever. I escalated via PayPal and they still didn’t respond. My advice - steer clear of these people.

This is a review about Norway Shop online orders. I ordered 4 items (1 sweater, 1 hat, 2 pairs of socks) to be shipped to the US. One pair of socks was missing when the order arrived but my credit card was charged for all 4 items. I tried to get in touch several times but only received automated responses, telling me that they had received my message. Then I received an automated message asking me for a review. I gave them 2 stars for good products but terrible customer service. The review never made it onto their website. I then tried to leave a 1 star review on their website but again the review never appeared on their website. Don’t order anything online from Norway Shop!

This was not really a visit, but we shopped at their online shop. During my last visit in Oslo I saw a wonderful poncho and my husband bought it at “Norway shop” online when we came back. He paid and got an order confirmation. Since then - nearly one month - they completely disappeared!!! No answer to our email and no poncho shipped. We are now considering to hire a lawyer to get part of the money back. But this is a bad experience.

Я сделал заказ в интернет-магазине norwayshop.com 2 марта 2020 и выполнил предоплату . С тех пор никкого движения по моему заказу не происходит. Я неоднократно пытался связаться с магазином по телефону, однако на телефон никто не отвечает. Я также многократно направлял сообщения, но никакого ответа не получил. Я не рекомендую иметь дело с этим магазином, поскольку по всем признакам этот магазин является интернет-мошенником.

Ve vnitřku pěkné, přehledné, čisté a velmi ochotný personál. Jen se k tomu obchodu dostat a potom i tam odtud přes hromady loupících a žebrajících uprchlíků... To je problém

Normally I avoid souvenir shops, but this one attracted me.... They do not only have a great choice of things to buy, but also great staff (I forgot my credit card and they really took care of it very well...) and the prices are fair.
I was in the shop in the Karl JOhans Gate 8, opposite the Cafe Cathedral, and here they have a spectacular show about the Polar Light that you can watch. It is on every 20 minutes, costs 150 NOK per person and is really worth it!
Apart from that I had lots of souvenirs in my bag when I left.... Great shop.

We typically avoid souvenir shops, but Norway Shop was a treat- lots of practical, quality merchandise from wool sweaters, jackets, to art items (Munch, etc) and everything in between for reasonable prices (by Scandinavian standards).

This place has all of the norweigan souvenirs a person could want. Dale of Norway is the too brand and they have sales as well. You can stop and start your trip here as it is close to the central station.
Visit oslo, great city and easy to walk to everything. The have real viking shios as well!
