This was our 2nd Bird Cruise and just fabulous, we love listening to all the information that we are given re: the area, habitat and species of birds in and around Poole Harbour... sadly we never saw the White-tailed Eagle again so maybe 3rd time lucky? ;)

Great experience and opportunity to see some of the rarest birds in the country. As with all things wildlife it’s purely up to chance what you will see on the day but the guides are very knowledge of the area and will take you to the optimum spots.
I went on the Osprey cruise in the hope of seeing my first ever Osprey, not only did I achieve this I was treated to some amazing views as CJ7 flew metres from the boat.
I was fortunate to book both the morning slot and afternoon and as I say above wildlife is unpredictable and was unfortunate not to see much in the afternoon.

Absolutely terrible weather (pouring with rain and lightening storm), but great company and commentary ! And a few sightings of white tailed eagle, ospreys and Marsh harrier, loved it thankyou will go again 😀

Very enjoyable trip with knowledgable crew. Wonderful scenery and really opened my eyes to what is on my doorstep. I would highly recommend this trip. It is great value for money.

The best bird watching boat trip we have ever taken. The experience was very well organised. The guides, Paul, Mark and Sam were hugely engaging, experienced and informative throughout the whole 3 hour trip! We spotted numerous Ospreys and even saw two White-Tailed Sea Eagles! We will certainly return in the future. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Fabulous trip from start to finish, fantastic and knowledgeable staff and lots of great birds spotted, including several ospreys. Fabulous weather was the icing on the cake.

Great to experience the passion and huge knowledge of the team on the boat who took us on such an informative and amazing trip around Poole Harbour. We saw so many different birds including the iconic Ospreys and White-tailed Eagles. The team were also very welcoming and encouraged any questions. Great value for money too with no hard sell to donate to the charity running the tour…I think you should have a donation bucket though! Would go again without hesitation! Well done Birds of Poole Harbour team!

A brilliant experience, yet again, with Birds of Poole Harbour on one of their osprey cruises.
We saw ospreys as well as many other species of birds.
The staff have the personal touch and obvious passion for what they do. Their commentaries were all excellent, especially Brittany with her ability to keep us on track with the course of the flying osprey.
Marvellous weather helped of course.

The whole trip was brilliant. Paul the main commentator was excellent, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and light hearted. All crew and staff were excellent. Binoculars provided as we didnt have any which was great and they tried really hard to make sure you were looking in the right direction

The senior person on the trip from BOPH treated us to a monologue on the great benefits to wild life that leaving the EU had brought.
We did not come on the trip to be treated to such a political and wrong discourse. Our government, despite its stated intentions, is in fact, rolling back many environmental protections.
