Lindt a shop with a wide assortment of chocolates and delicious proposals. Despite everything, what stands out most and connotes the store is the rudeness and wisdom of the lady at the checkout and behind the counter. The initial impact at the checkout was evidently negative but what happened at the counter was even worse. We order 2 classic cream varesini and both had a strong burnt taste. Very elegantly l we reported to the lady who served us and, both she and the lady of the cashier respond by teasing us with an annoying way, saying that the machine makes espresso coffee every day, so it makes me think ... if we were in Naples all the coffee served should taste burnt!?! In the end I order a regular coffee which was absolutely good proof that definitely something was wrong with the cream machine. As we were leaving, all we get are sufficiency glances.
I m sorry but the attention to the customer is a real sign of brand relevance which your store in Valmontone is totally missing.

Friendly welcoming staff always top, while as far as the manager of the store is concerned I would have a lot to say , he treats his colleagues badly by loudly scolding customers in an unpolite way using inappropriate words moreover this attitude is also used towards customers for this very reason I will not set foot there again until the manager changes!

The place is well organized inside, but the outdoor parking is left to itself and unattended. We had the misfortune of having to wait more than an hour to get off the main road given the traffic jam created by the numerous cars and not managed by anyone. I wonder how an ambulance could have provided help.

Good evening, I write to you live, today December 1, 2024 are exactly an hour and thirty minutes that we are stuck in the parking lot and you can not see the exit, I am speechless, I have never happened to go to some large shopping center (even if this is a shopping city) and not be able to leave. The solutions are 2 .... or create more exits or put someone to direct traffic... I already expect the direction of the outlet that tells me that they are improving ... I do not think

Buongiorno Susanna, siamo molto dispiaciuti che sia rimasta bloccata nel traffico all'interno del parcheggio, sicuramente una sfortunata eccezione. Place that entices you to go not only for Shopping but just to walk through these shops located in beautiful architectural structures. All very nice, clean, kindness from the staff, in short if it were not for the 400 km away I would often come. Congratulations to the property, the designers, everyone!

Until about a year and a half ago, I was very pleased to go to this shop to accompany my uncles, now of adulthood, to shop for clothing. We always found a great welcome and impeccable service thanks to two extremely competent and kind ladies, who knew exactly how to assist us in choosing garments suitable for the needs of my uncles.
Unfortunately, for some time now, we have noticed a change in personnel. Now, most of the sales people are very young guys, which has kind of changed the vibe and approach of the store. Fortunately, she remained a lady, the same one who has always followed us, who continues to be very kind and helpful. However, for a type of clothing more suitable for adults, we prefer to be followed by more experienced staff.
I hope the store can reconsider the composition of its team, as the presence of more Expert staff was one of the strengths that always kept us coming back.

Shops are stocked and well ordered, large spaces and clean. We were disappointed when we decided to take a refreshment break in the Lindt store
I understand and confirm the quality but the service, given the price list, in my experience lacks: a little water served with coffee would not be bad at all, to enjoy their ice cream unquestionably excellent quality, we could not enjoy it sitting despite being their outdoor space because the tables dirty and under the sun, the umbrellas were closed (3.30 pm in August)
