Introduced by the intelligentsia herself, my second visit ( the first one at gomukh itself ) was a quenching one. Suffering from spoiled bad posture due to work and golfing strains, I came out of the therapy room as if it was an oasis. The trainees have been so groomed well that their professional compressions and locating the neutralising skills were outstanding. Only an able guru could have guided them so well. The venue no matter cut adrift from the bustle, offers a detoxing environment. Strongly recommended for everyone who wish to celebrate goa duly fresh after their treatment and willing to take home a stress free body. Appreciations team anvi for a lovely hospitality and understanding my regions of fatigue with their absolutely crisp vision. Shubhkamanyen

Deep tissue massage, I visited Anvi spa since one of my friend recommended me to go for it. To be honest such a memorable and rejuvenation experienced all together. Therapist were very professional and great services overall all. I would strongly recommend this spa to all my friends and relatives.

I have got in touch with Dr Renuka in January 2020 as wanted to deepen my knowledge in Ayurveda. In her center, amongst therapeutical and healing practices, they are offering Diploma course in Ayurveda Lifestyle Coaching. After initial WhatsApp chat I immediately connected to Dr Renu and applied for a course. It was a fantastic journey of theoretical approach and it's application's in everyday life.
What I liked the most is the community Dr Renu builds around her but also warm and welcoming energy of the Center. When working with healing practices it is of utmost importance to offer these genuine qualities so people we work with are feeling heard, welcomed and can with full trust start their healing journey.
Beside studying I did massage and body healing therapies that I can recommend highly enough.
Oh, yes. Do not miss Dr Renu's cooking classes or her food, and delicious munchies. Yummy 😋❤️🙏
If you are in Goa and looking either to deepen your knowledge or start a healing journey get in touch with Dr Renu, open your heart to her advices and have a lot of laughs along the way.

I visited the Centre on 31st Dec 2019. Took the Deep Tissue Massage, and it was the Best I had so far in my life.
The Staff is excellent and very courteous.
The owner Renuka Yadav is a wellness expert and gave the right solution.
I highly recommend,the Centre.
If you are in Goa, I highly recommend you all to plan a visit.

I visited this place after several recommendation from my journalist friends. Found it to be surprisingly good. Neat-clean atmosphere & ambience with ayurvedic fragnence.. Found 3 foreigners getting treatment there. Authentic ayurvedic treatment. Centre head Dr Renuka Yadav explained me each treatment in details. All therapist were well trained. I tried relaxing massage, deep tissue massage & my wife enjoyed warm medicated oils massage & claimed her skin hs benefitted wonders. Rates are very decent. They also conduct classes for ayurvedic cooking. It is worth visiting if u r staying in north goa or panjim. It is easy to located.

Went to Goa on work and took time to go around Morjim and while searching for a professional massage centre but saw lot of places with shady people as massage therapists and then I found this place, Initially I wasn't sure however, as I entered the first thing I found is licences and permissions are clearly displayed. That made me to sit and talk and understood this is the only authentic place around the place. Opted for massage neck and shoulders and it the therapists were talented and professionals. I wish I could have some more time, may be next time. I fully recommend this place to those who value themselves. - Vaidik
