Customer service was great, the paintings were gorgeous and the area was just phenomenal. Will visit again and purchase again

We has the "absolute" pleasure of shopping for some ceramics while we were on vacation in lovely Positano. A guest at our hotel who we ran into several times said that they had just shopped at Absolute Positano and that it was the only place to go! So my husband and I went and it did no disappoint. What a beautiful shop with such variety and quality workmanship. Whatever you do, don't forget to make your way upstairs to see all the fabulous designs.
We purchased many beautiful dishes and olive oil dispensers on September 11th and we received the package on Friday the 27th! All the way to the United States in 16 days! The packaging was pristine, everything was wrapped so carefully in bubble wrap, the box was taped extensively and all the items were placed so well that you can tell how much the owners of this store care about their customers receiving their lovely merchandise in tact.
Can't say enough about how wonderful the entire experience was and look forward to serving many lovely meals with our amazing ceramics!

We travel to Italy every summer and this by far was the best experience and place we ever purchased ceramics and glassware not only in the quality and craftsmanship superb but Irene is one of a kind. She was extremely helpful in finding us the perfect items we were looking for. Her level of customer service is extraordinary. She personally packaged all of our delicate pieces and followed up with us before, during and after to ensure the shipping process was seamless. Our items arrived perfectly and we have then displayed proudly in our home. We will visit Irene from Absolute Positano next year and into the future. We are lifelong customers.

Amazing shop with excellent selection and great service! We bought a set of morano glasses and they are perfect! They shipped them and everything came just as promised! Definitely recommend this shop, you won’t be disappointed!

Absolute Positano has the most Beautiful paintings and ceramics in Positano. Everything they have is very unique!! Their customer service is Wonderful and Irene , you are Amazing!! Grazie Mille for all of your help and keeping in touch with me on my shipping!! We can’t wait to go back to Positano and Absolute Positano.

My wife and I bought a painting and a glass decanter at Absolute Positano in July 2024. The team in the store was great to deal with - explained the shipping process in detail - and delivered on everything they told us. Our shipment arrived in ~ 6 weeks, it packaged with great care so everything arrived in perfect condition!

This store is located in the city center of Positano and has some of the best decorative tableware that you will find! The staff is extremely helpful and they offer international shipping, which is a huge help! It’s a perfect opportunity to take Positano home with you.

A very pleasant and charming spot, Irene is very attentive and considerate. Ordered a ceramic bowl to be delivered to Cyprus and it arrived in mint condition as it was diligently wrapped and boxed. Hightly recommend.

There are quite a few glass and ceramic shops in Positano, but this one was our favorite. Irene and her staff are friendly and helpful. The store has three stories and a huge selection of pieces. We bought seven items towards the end of July, and we received them in the States three weeks later. Stop by and take a look; you will be happy you did. Also, the AC was rockin' and it was hot that day!
