Hoiana Shores Golf gave me a bad experience in here. From caddies and marshal not handover balls to golfers properly and led to loose their ball bag, to Marshals are rude when chased Golfers hit the balls fast. We came to Hoiana Shores to get new experience, not go to there to someone hit our ass to play golf faster to complete holes faster.

Ordered a large cappuccino at the end of round. The cup was 1/3 full, asked for some more milk which was added and then found out on checkout was charged for 2 large cappuccinos. Horrible mean stingy service.

I want to start by saying we were super excited to come here. We called ahead of time to confirm we would be able to play by ourselves, and when we arrived we were told we would have to play in groups. We explained what was told to us over the phone and the only response we were met with was “we’re sorry but our receptionist said they told you” and we said we no longer wanted to play and would be leaving. She completely ignored us and offered no help in ordering a taxi etc. once we finally found a taxi on our own she chased us outside to ask for our pass. It was extremely disappointing that such an amazing golf course has such terrible customer service. I will definetly be warning friends and family that plan to visit.

So we called to book for 2 and we’re told that we could play by ourselves and then when we arrived told us we would be paired up with 3 other people. We asked if there was any other time that we could play by ourselves and they told us their schedule is completely full. Also when we called we explicitly asked to play by ourselves and this was all ok’d. Poor communication and poor service.

Very good course to play in. Challenging setup with natural element (strong wind in the afternoon). Not a course to miss if you at Danang.
