Giới thiệu
The famous water puppet has its roots in an art form.The tradition of water puppet theatre stems from a time when rice paddy fields were flooded and villagers would make entertainment by standing in the waist-deep water with the puppets performing over the water.
Using large rods to support the puppets it appeared as if they were moving across the water with the puppeteers hidden behind a screen.

A very tourist oriented experience but you get captured by the talent of the puppeteers and musicians. The place is packed from the foyer to the theatre itself. a 50 minute show packed with different stories and while we couldn't understand the commentary or lyrics it swept you along with the pure joy of artistry.

The concept sounds a bit juvenile but it was actually very entertaining for all ages. There is live music accompaniment and the show was well orchestrated describing rural life experiences in Vietnam. The puppeteers did an amazing performance. Great outing

I traveled with my disabled mother and had bought my tickets 6 months earlier to my travels to secure a “proper scheduled itinerary” based on my timeline. At the day of the event, I received a call from the tour agency telling me that the show I had booked was sold out (meaning that they misused my money funds for something else at the time) and that if I wanted ti se the show it would be the show earlier (20 minutes before the show began). Vietnam is heavy on traffic and attending earlier caused disruption and was disrespectful. Not only that, but The travel agent hung her phone twice on me and I had to Venture to see if I could attend the show I wanted to presence with my mother. The travel agent was disrespectful, unprofessional, and lied to us. Terrible service.

I personally loved the show, it was amazing.
Unfortunately for my partner did not like the experience.
They did offer an audio so you could listen as it went along however, I didn’t see the need and it looked like people had stopped using them after a couple of acts.

A must see!!! Historical, entertaining & unique!! Perfect for groups, singles, families and all of the above. It’s not too long so you won’t grow impatient. It’s an experience and it’s not too pricey so I would highly recommend seeing it!

The show was delightful, and left me thinking how they managed to pull off some of the tricks. Clearly they have a very skilful set of performers. The musicians were first rate too.
I didn't take the audio translation sets that were available to hire, and I don't think that spoiled the show; the antics of the puppets made it quite obvious what was going on.
The only negative was a group of Chinese in the front row who came in late and were talking amongst themselves loudly until several people behind them made it clear that their behaviour was unacceptable. Even so, they insisted on videoing the performance, and the glare from their phones was extremely distracting.
It would help if the staff took a more active role in quieting the more unruly members of the audience.
