Excellent time kayaking with a friend. A 9 km course in 1h30 along the water. No major difficulties for us beginners. Some thrills on 2 or 3 portions of the course with a little more current for our greatest pleasure. A well-watered arrival!

super accueil, belle balade à chacun son rythme.Nous avions choisi le circuit 9km d'environ 2 heures: idéal . Les jeunes ont adoré. Un peu sportif par moment mais convient aussi au débutant.

This is the second time we have gone for the 15km trip from Hesdin to the club & yet again, we weren’t disappointed. The trip through the underbelly of Hesdin really transports you to another time. As we wound our way down the river, under the bridges, past the back of the buildings you don’t usually see, it really does make you wonder about the people who have lived there & the lives they have lived over the last couple of hundred years. Stunning!
And then, we were out in the open water. It’s beautiful & so peaceful. Our guide spoke no English & my French is limited but that didn’t matter. There were four of us plus a father & son in another kayak, and after 5km the guide said goodbye & left us. Having done this trip before it was no problem at all. We all made sure we were all ok & it was a wonderful 2.5 hours.
The staff at the club are lovely. We parked at the club & they took us to the start of the trip. There are showers at the club so we left feeling clean & warm & our valuables were locked away for us. Will be going back next year almost certainly!

c'est une balade sur la canche sous les arbres qui bordent la rivière. On est accompagné par un guide. Car pas toujours évident de bien pagayer. Mais c'était super

Pas des chaleurs, ou pas d’ailleurs je recommande la balade. On nous emmène plus haut et vous revenez au point de départ donc pas de panique pour votre voiture. C’est joli et facile. Pas de rapides. Petits groupes donc tous niveaux.

We popped in on the off chance and loved every minute. We did the 10k trip which took and hour and a half, which was the right amount of time.
The paddling is easy going, so no need to be a pro! There are a few rappieds that keep you on your toes.

We booked a trip through Hesdin through the local tourist office- OFFICE DE TOURISME DES 7 VALLEES but run by the kayak club. I'm not sure what I was expecting but what we got was fantastic. We kayaked for 15km from Hesdin to Beaurainville, through the beautiful winding river Canche, under bridges and through woodland. It took just under 3 hrs & were thoroughly soaked by the end of it. I'm a fairly fit 46 year old mum & I went with my 17 & 19 year old sons & we all loved it! Rowing through Hesdin was quite magical with its gothic feel. I felt I was back in time by a few hundred years. Our guide was great & very patient. I was in a panic at first & he really put me at ease. I soon got the hang of it & it really was a joy. Some minor "white water" bits which was exciting, some fast flowing & some slow running bits, so we had it all.
Out bags were taken on to the centre for us so we had everything for when we finished. We were then taken back to Hesdin at the end.
Thank you to all Who work at & for the centre. You made us feel so welcome!

Nous avons fais la sortie de 10km. Le cadre est vraiment agréable, par contre c'est vraiment top par beau temps, je suis moins sur que cette activitée est bien par temps de pluie car la Canche est froide et je pense que c'est bien de pouvoir secher sur le kayak en cas de chute dans l'eau. Les moniteurs étaient vraiment sympa et patient, nous sommes venus pour un enterrement vie de garçon, nosu avons pris notre temps pour faire la descente et à aucun moment ils ont ralés et on pris en compte que le contexte faisait qu'on était là pour passer un bon moment.
Par contre 10km c'est un peu long, car la Canche est vraiment calme, heureusement au milieu du parcours il y a un passage un peu plus rapide et la fin est sympa avec l'arrivée dans le parc d'eau vive qui permet de finir sur un bon souvenir.
Par contre j'ai eu mal au dos à cause de la position sur le kayak biplace et on a été plusieurs dans ce cas. C'est peut être l'âge aussi.

sortie sauvage dans les brumes de ce matin d'Aout, on se serait cru dans les bayous de louisiane, un très bon souvenir
de plus le staf est très pro , sympathique JE RECOMMANDE et ferais le 12km très prochainement

I booked this trip, which I have done before, and I was told to come at 1.30pm. When we arrived there were about 40 to 50 people being organised for the same trip! So many people! It took absolutely ages to get everyone ready, about 90 minutes. It was very hot and everyone needed to shelter. Then we got onto a full coach and went to the start. We all set off when we were ready, there were 4 guides between the huge group. We then had to stop and wait for the entire group to gather for a briefing about the rapids, another long wait. We then set off in staggered groups to go down the Rapids. The river was beautiful and overall it was a lovely, tranquil trip - but just too many people! It was greedy of the club.

We are a mixed party of 64 year old, 35 year olds and a 2 year 10 month old.
Will kayaking or canoeing be suitable for us all?
We have all kayaked and canoed before, including the 2 year old.
Is there a short route we can do please?

Je suis dans l'incapacité de vous donner les tarifs car c'était un séminaire entreprise
Par contre, oui vous êtes accompagné car quelques petits passages remuant mais absolument rien de dangereux
