Not very interesting and overall quite boring. Not very many exhibitions and much to see although it spans multiple floors.

Fabulous Gallery, helpful staff/security and good Merch!
The Unisex Toilets were disgusting!! Strong Smell of urine, toilet seats up and pee on the toilet in the other cubicle! No trough ?

Visited to see the exhibition and dumplings and tea, Beautiful space, with minimalist design. We visited to have dumplings and tea. They have a lunch time offer where you can get dumplings and a drink (including alcohol options) for only a little bit extra cost. They offer gluten free and vegan dumplings, however, I was disappointed to find out that you can only get 5 GF/vegan dumplings for the same price as 10 non-GF or vegan dumplings. This seems a bit of a shame, otherwise tasty, but just left hungry after a very small lunch of 5 dumplings.

Came to visit their new exhibition ‘I loved you’ which is now on till 21Nov22. Love my visits here, consists of 3 storey in a small build up showcasing Chinese contemporary art. Your visit will not be complete without visiting the tea house for a freshly brewed tea and steaming dumplings. Put this on your to do list, moreover its free admission

fantastic pieces especially one which was all embroidary work. I think the theme was called LOVE. well worth the visit.

Very nice contemporary Chinese art works with exhibitions that change from time to time, view their website for that information and more.
The staff aren’t in your face & special mention to staff member Peter with the very cool Air Jordan sneakers on, he was so accommodating, knew lots of details about that current exhibition and gave us clear advice on how to navigate the gallery during our first visit.
The cafe is great and the gift shop has interesting items to buy.
We’ll be back for sure :)

A FREE museum full of very interesting art. Judith Neilson supports and has organised something special to come visit and it is also in a fun part of town to check out. I wouldn't miss if you are in the area.

such a fun gallery. the exhibits are changing often so as this is quite a small space im sure each trip will bring a new experience

This place is always a highlight of my visits to Sydney, it should be at the top of the itinerary for contemporary art fans, and it's worth a visit for everyone (it's free, and there's plenty to see in the neighbourhood).
I really enjoyed the current exhibition Big in China, especially the Xu Zhen performance art piece (if you can't find it, ask the friendly staff - and if you're there late in the day go straight for it, it finishes before closing time).
There was no queue when I was there on a Thursday afternoon, but I hear the queue can be long on the weekend.
