I had my daughter’s 7th birthday party yesterday on 28/07/2024 at 3:00 pm . Horrible experience with Ultimate Family Center. NOT AT ALL A PLACE FOR FAMILY EVENTS. They are not at all flexible and do not know customer service. Their staff is very very rude, loud, and non-cooperative. The poor teenagers at the front counter had no idea what was going on or had any leadership.
I booked an “unlimited party package for $ 590 “, and I paid almost 1800 dollar for 24 kids and food, however, their packages are sucks and they just show in the package you got a lot of benefits but trust me nothing in, they just making money from customers. Specially they charged me $ 200 only for the host, they both were school-going kids. If I try to talk, they have only one answer please go to the service counter. Without taking the host in confidence they announce and ask the guests to leave in a rude tone …saying they have overstayed that too an area which is common. They serve pizza and cake cutting at 4.50 and within 30 minutes they want 25 + adults and 20 + plus kids to eat cut the cake and leave …how is that possible and then in front of guests they embarrass the host by shouting and asking them to leave immediately without speaking to the host who is paying and even when one is saying. It's not at all a place to organize birthday parties for kids spend $1800 + dollars and get pathetic customer service. Big thumbs down to the place.
My total kid's attendee was 24 but they charged me 27 Kids & plus a host which is not required anyhow, however, if you have more than 25 guests then we require an extra host.
But they just try to manipulate things and charge you for the wrong figure because they know the party host is busy and they will not ask you any questions.
Birthday party packages absolute rip-off do not get your money's worth whatsoever. The selection of food is very limited, and all platters are just unbelievably small.
STAY AWAY. Do not have a party here. Such a waste of money. Unorganized. No one takes responsibility. Looks like the owners have just set up and left teenagers to run the joint.

Wide range of activities (trampolines, foam pit, climbing wall, slides, play area) and fun for all < 12. However, rules are not enforced in any way (adults on slides, open drinks in play areas) and this included covid precautions. None of the visiting adults were wearing a mask indoors today (despite not eating or drinking) and no one seemed to care. Neither the safety waiver nor the covid check-in were required to enter.

its a very good place for family fun but they dont turn on their aircon ,aircookers or fans its very hot inside whenever you go there specially in summer when its too busy specially on weekends its terrible coz of hot inside .and its not clean at all they need to do deep cleaning at least once a month . they need to get some more variety in eating n drinking suff and availability most of time their esting stuff is not available they have bumper cars as well most of the time its not working sometimes they will say not on weekdays and even if you go on weekends they will say its very busy no one available to attend . they dont do cashout as well they were other video games n rides as well but customers need to have cash or coins with them sometimes not everone carry cash with them mostly people use cards because of that you cannot enjoy video games n rides . plenty times giving feedback to them still the owner dont care about these things to fix them. they need to focus on cleaning proper fans and aircons and air cookers on when families are present there most of people notice these things ownerof business need to consider in all these fields thst i mentioned otherwise people will go once or twice its a friendly feedback thanks

Very bad experience with ultimate family center. NOT AT ALL A PLACE FOR FAMILY EVENTS .They are not at all flexible and does not know customer service. Their staff is rude, loud and non co operative.
For a Sunday event they call on Tuesday during working hours to close on any food order. When giving them a call to accommodate more food as per their options ; even paying in advance ; they do not entertain. They decide what our guest will eat when they will eat and we have to pay as per their rate card.
Does not make sense . They do not accommodate even 30 minutes of extension in advance when there is a commitment we will pay for extension on top of 500 dollar plus advance payment already made . Without taking the host in confidence they announce and ask the guests to leave in a rude tone …saying they have over stayed that too an area which is common. 1 hour was enough as the children did not stop for the whole hour , except for water breaks. It was very very hot inside so don't go on warm days. Will go again but not when hot .

We wanted to do something indoors due to the heat wave so we tried this place.. I regretted paying for 2hrs instead of one since it was so hot inside! Especially in the kids play areas, my child and I were soaked in sweat 2min after getting in... I did like the facilities and the staff, they were delivering free cold water to everyone but still made it hard. Toilet was very clean which was a nice thing since this kind of indoor parks are usually lacking on that part. We'll wait until winter to go again!

Visited on a hot day to avoid the heat of being outdoors at a park. Well it was way hotter in this place, like a sauna. Quite nauseating. Kids drank their water within 10 minutes which left me to buy more for $4. Added with extra ice blocks to keep cool the whole experience was rather hot, sweaty and expensive.
There is loads of equipment but they need to sort out the lack of aircon issue.

The play area was really great even though it was warm and kids were sweating buckets. However, things got worse when we were ushered upstairs early, before our allotted playtime was over, to the sweltering hot party room. The temperature gauge on the wall read 30 degrees and the kids were dying after running around for an hour!!!! Young hostess said she forgot to turn the aircon on and it takes too long for the place to cool down, so too late to do it now. We also felt they were rushing us out even though we were the only group at the centre. Probably won't return.

Kids had a ball running around. Great area to see the kids playing and lots for them to do. Was a great break during hospital appointments
