Estuvimos en esta catedral durante nuestra visita guiada, el interior es muy diferente de las grandes catedrales del occidente de Europa, sus paredes son blancas y tiene una disposición distinta.
Destaca el reloj, nosotros lo vimos cuando tocó las 11:00, tiene numerosas figuras que se mueven, se junta mucha gente para verlo, así que hay que preguntar bien las horas a las que funciona y llegar un poco antes para coger buen sitio.

Quando si visitano le chiese del nord Europa, bisogna dimenticare le nostre, più sfarzose e ricche, ma è necessario cogliere le loro peculiarietà. Questa bella ed immensa chiesa in mattoni incute rispetto, per la sua maestosità all'esterno ed anche il suo interno il quale purchè poco ricco, merita una visita, soprattutto per il bell'organo.

Sehr impossante Kirche in Danzig, schreitet außen herum, bevor ihr euch in das Innere begebt.

Kościół jest obłędnie piękny, wspaniały, jednak mało znany. To powinna być wizytówka Gdańska, może kiedyś jeszcze tak będzie !!!

This building was closed when I tried to have a look round. Looks very grand from the outside and beautiful tiling is visible.

The church itself was closed when we visited one August afternoon but the garden around the church, across the road and next to it are all lovely and restful. And the building, even from the outside is nice.
There was no one around who could tell us a bit about it as some reviews says church is closed for renovation. Perhaps they can have an exhibition outside, of some of the artefacts that people talk about. Picture exhibition with captions would be nice because people do go there and it is a nice area.
