This is a nice little upscale mini mall with a coffee kiosk and restaurant patio that is open to the parking lot and city view beyond. Because there is no wall on that side, it is fresh and breezy, and surrounded by the second floor columns, wrapped in ivy, and makes a pleasant place to stop for a bite or refreshing drink. It is pricey, but I enjoyed eating here at La Churreria Cafe, which is upstairs and has a better view. There is a dedicated parking lot here, but I do not know the fee. It is a 6 min walk from the central park with the cathedral.

Un nuevo lugar iconico en el centro de la capital, con una renovada imagen de un edificio historico, con empresas hondureñas y una terraza con vista 360 a todo Tegucigalpa.

I loved visiting Villas San Miguel, a place where there is a lot of history, a safe place to sit with your family either to eat or just have a coffee to talk and make memories.I loved the people painting the pictures and the handmade things of our Country reflected in one place. I would visit this place again :)

We were lucky enough to begin our tour of the capital at this beautifully renovated centre. We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed learning about the history of the family and the building. Great panoramic views from the terrace and impressed by the Honduran enterprises within the malls. Great coffee - an oasis in the bustling centre. Highly recommend a visit.

Best ambiance in all Tegucigalpa! Security, parking, local cuisine, best coffee and the best bar with panoramic view of the whole city and FREE WIFI! A must stop if you are visiting Tegus or live in Tegus!

Great family atmosphere in a safe family environment. The architecture is beautiful and the food and beverages delightful. Highly recommend for family, couples, and students!

Precioso centro comercial, con pintorescos murales, moderno y colonial a la vez, con tiendas y un precioso cafe con rica reposteria, tambien tiene un precioso salon para eventos y sobre todo un gran parque privado con seguridad, recomendable 1000 x 1000

Really nice and cozy place. The coffee shop over there has quite a selection of drinks and foods. The building itself is beautiful.

Villa San Miguel, the new shopping mall located at the Historic Center of Tegucigalpa, is a place that you must visit! It’s a welcoming space that allows you to see the Honduran culture and it’s greatness. Every restaurant and every store located in the mall are local, meaning that everything is made in Honduras, so you won’t find any American chains! That’s what makes this place so special, if you really wish to know what’s the Honduran cuisine this is where you should go! There’s also this amazing coffee shop that sells the best coffee and delicious treats. Definitely going back!
