Zuerst waren wir an einem sehr traditionellen food market, dort wurden uns die vielen Gemüse/Gewürze erklärt. Dann hat der Chef eingekauft und wir sind zur Cookery School gefahren. Angekommen, haben wir im Garten noch viele Kräuter gepflückt und uns wurde wirklich viel erklärt! Der Chef ist auch für nicht so gut Englisch-Sprechende sehr gut verständlich!
Wir waren eine 4er Mädelsgruppe und hatten das Glück, dass wir unter uns waren (4-10 Pers. Max). Wir konnten uns auch alle eigene Gerichte aussuchen - egal ob Green/Panang Curry usw.
Es war sehr lecker und wurde alles top erklärt!
Wir haben es im Hostel gebucht und 1000Baht pro Person gezahlt :)

I highly highly recommend this school and this course, it is one of the highlights of my trip to Thailand. It’s incredibly good value for money and you get to individually choose what kind of dishes you wish to learn from their quite wide selection - I learned to make tom yum soup, papaya salad, morning glory, paneng curry, pad Thai, mango sticky rice, and as a bonus as we were a very small group, the chef Perm also showed us how to make butterfly pea tea! The grounds were also absolutely stunning, what a treat to be able to cook in the quiet sunny countryside with a mountain view. Perm was also so easy going, and so much fun, had us smiling and laughing the whole way through, and gave us a cookbook and our leftovers to take home. Definitely book this course!

I love the way this course has been set up. First you learn about the ingredients and then you cook everything by yourself (with the help of instructor). The instructor is also super fun and the end result is just so delicious. I still can't believe I made all that food by myself.

Me and my boyfriend made the best decision ever by coming here!
Lovely evening, lovely chef, and really nice food!
We enjoyed every moment, and really suggest to choose the evening course to also enjoy the wonderful view of the sun setting on the farm while cooking!
Would do this again 100%!!

Great experience at COOKING Class with the fun knowledgable chef. He has show us real insider at his local garden and visit the market in early morning

Amazing experience fantastic chef Permpoon teaching us new receipts, skills and making us laugh, thoroughly enjoyed the whole time and the food cooked was super tasty.

Such a fun class! Enjoyed it, and learned new recipes. Great location in a farm, really warm teachers and staff. Pick up and drop-off from hotel is also a great plus, makes it so convenient.

Had the best fun making the best food. Loved that we could pick ingredients from the garden and were also brought to the market beforehand too.

Superb experience. Excellent food, well organised, informative and beautiful surroundings. Amazing value!! There was so much food so make sure you are hungry!

I visited the school whilst in Thailand back in February 2018. I was hoping to cook for my friends this weekend but have misplaced my cookery book! Would anybody be willing to post pictures of the recepies? Many thanks!
