I snorkeled with my family. The guide was very friendly and the course was fun. Especially, snorkeling in the middle of the sea on a boat was the most exciting. I want to do it again next time.

It was the best tour.
I was lucky enough to see sea turtles and was happy.
I think it's okay even for snorkeling beginners.
I will definitely use it when I come to Koh Samui.

The boat is always very crowded but you can book in advance with 12goasia that is very helpful in order to plan your trip

Es una estafa. Obtuve con antelacion el billete en web. Hice la compra de bus+ ferry desde Surat Tani a Koh Tao. Cuando llego a el aeropuerto, me dirijo al stand de la empresa. Les enseño mi billete donde claramente se indica bus+ferry y me dicen que tengo que pagar el bus que son 300 BTH. Me dicen que se trata de un error. Es una estafa. Dado que podía perder el ferry, finalmente lo pagué. No compréis aquí nunca. Hay otras opciones

I really wished I checked this company on trip advisor first. If you were smart enough to do this, take my advice and DONT BOOK WITH THEM!!! Or if you’re stuck with them, prepare for an awful day.
We arrived early for our 1pm boat time and got our tickets sorted and got our pink stickers. Had to walk a few minutes to the pier which was annoying but after today, the highlight of it.
Once we go there, there were around 100 people waiting, mostly with our pink stickers also but I see some red too. Some were queuing to go on a boat already but I could tell they were a different boat as they had different stickers.
By 1pm the first boat still hadn’t left so I could tell we were running late. Once it went, we moved a little closer to the “get on” area. I get sea sick and wanted to be outside for the fresh air. By 1:30 we still had no boat. It was hot, busy and you had no place to get water.
Finally at 1:45 a boat came but then we had to wait for some people to get off! By 2pm there was movement to suggest that we would go on soon. Some people were going closer to the “get on” area, others held back with the “we all get there at the same time anyway” attitude. Oh how they would regret that soon.
At 2:10pm they were asking for Bangkok passengers. The boat went from Koh Tao to Bangkok so they wanted Bangkok people first, fair enough.
BUT when people saw people getting on, they moved to go on also without realising it was red stickers first so they were told to wait. By 2:20pm a women came to speak to people. LUCKILY she came to speak to me and a few other first. She said that due to wind, not all passengers could get on today and some would have to wait for the next boat.
That wasn’t until 5pm.
It was now that the hunger games atmosphere started.
As the women went to tell others near the front people were edging forward and it was so stressful. Never felt so determined in all my life to get on that boat!
She came over again and I asked what she would do for the people left. She didn’t answer and instead asked how many people I had.
“Two” I said and then she said “okay you can go now”.
WELL other people heard this and all that was it. The rush to the queue started. We were near the front but so squashed. We were like sardines for 5 minutes before they finally let us on. Once on I realised that there was NO WAY another 100 people could fit on that boat. I’m sure it was a lie, the sea was fine.
When we left I could see 100 or so people left sticking their middle fingers up. Can’t blame them really.
The boat ride was uncomfortable but we arrived alive and our bags didn’t drop in the sea so that’s a positive.
Awful experience, trying to work out if I can find s different company to take me back!!

Boot was fine. They pack the boots so full there hardly a place to sit for everyone.
Times on booking should be taken with a grain of salt. Where they advertise 2 hours it can easily take up to 3-4 hours. Thats not the worst part tough we were fine with all that.
But when we went from koh tao to ko Samui they dropped us in a completely pier then what our ticket said. After not finding out pre ordered pick up taxi we decided to call the hotel for pickup. They said the driver was there waiting. Then i decided to check Google maps only to find out we were 45 drive away from the advertised pier. So we we had to pay half to the preorder taxi and full prize (+45 minutes) for new taxi.

I called this number 089 873 0008-9 which is the customer service number on the website. I spoke to someone (who spoke English very well) and he said that there was probably an issue with the website and he asked for my passport number. He confirmed my booking and then said he would forward my booking via email. The email arrived within 5 minutes, brilliant customer service!!

Hi. I booked via credit card on Lomprayah website. My card is not being charged and my booking says "pending payment". I just made bookings for hotel and car on other sites so I know my credit card is ok. I emailed to Lomprayah too but didn't receive a response. Can anyone from Lomprayah help?
