Ms Dao has been awesome! She helped me arrange a trip from Da Nang to Hanoi, Vietnam. Even with last min changes due to Yagi Typhoon. She worked with our needs and wants. Arrange all the transportations from pick up to drop off, city tours, cooking classes. She would recommend things to do with our likes and wants in mind. We love the hiking, running from leeches in Ninh Binh to the Vespa back street of Hanoi food tour. She set up accommodation, drivers, tours, pretty much everything we wanted, even last minute tours! Explained our options and we decided what we wanted to do. Price was very reasonable, even cheaper.
The Vespa food tour was the best which Ms Dao also set up for us!
Thank you so much for making our Girl’s Trip 2024 so Epic!

Dao (Vietnam moon travel) has been extremely helpful at arranging our trip for us both from across the globe prior this o our Vietnam arrival and constantly throughout our trip. We even had to change plan last minute due to effect of a terrible me typhoon Yagi in Sapa. She diverted our trip to Ninh Binh within 3 days (given head up more than that but we made our decision within 2-3 days of the travel date) we had an amazing time experiencing local culture and activities. It was extremely easy to get in touch with her we updated her with our hotel/transposition conditions constantly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Used Moon travel to organize a one week trip to Vietnam exploring Hanoi and Da Nang regions for my family of four with daughters ages 12 and 6. Let Moon travel know what we were hoping to do in general in both areas. Communication was all over WhatsApp. Their recommendations were great. They made all of the arrangements for transportation, tour guides, and hotels. Very reasonably priced. Sent a great itinerary of the week which we modified several times. They were open to changes. Very responsive to questions. Paid a small percentage up front online and then paid the rest in US dollars upon arrival. Everything was on time and efficient. Make sure and let them know many weeks in advance if you need assistance with a Visa. We did not realize that we needed visas. Let them know what star level hotels you would like to stay in and they will make the arrangements. Tour guides and drivers were great. Very accommodating if we wanted to change plans midday. Very pleased with the whole experience. Would highly recommend for anyone interested in touring Vietnam. We would love to go back and see the mountains of Sapa in the future and go down south to Saigon.

Where do I start?! Ms. Dao made our trip to Vietnam absolutely perfect. We decided last minute to go to Vietnam and she somehow coordinated our trip in less than 3 days even when we had visas issues. We never had to worry about anything we just showed up at our pick up times and everything was set. I can’t say enough how amazing and stress free this trip was. All the accommodations were beautiful. We saw everything we told her we wanted to see. She was always available and would respond right away if we had any questions. When we were having visas issued she helped us to get it resolved and we did not miss our flights. Don’t hesitate and book!

The best word to describe my Experience with Ms Dao and Vietnam Moon travel, is "Amazing"
Me and my sister travelled to Vietnam recently and were very anxious while planning our itenerary. Ms Dao have been very patient throughout our planning, she answered all our queries very calmly and promptly, we made so many changes everyday, still she suggested us best ways to cut down our cost and made a budget friendly itenerary.
The moment we landed in Hanoi, the arrangements were pure luxury. From transfers to Day tours, all the guides and drivers we met were so friendly and helpful.Since we are vegetarians, Ms Dao made sure we could get vegetarian options everywhere.
The list of praising her would be never ending. I would recommend everyone, if you are making a booking with her, it's 100% genuine and you won't regret a bit.

Very good services we start from the Saigon visit Mekong delta and many places in the south then we fly to danang we stay 2 nights after we went to hoi an it’s was amazing beautiful place after we return back to Hanoi by flight go to sapa stay two nights return to Hanoi went to halong bay , hue,banahill

We were so happy we asked Dao from Vietnam Moon Travel to put a package of 17 days together for us. From the minute we arrived in HCM we were treated like royalty. The hotels she picked for us were stunning, as were the tours, pickups,lunches , dinners. We got a message every evening telling us about the next days adventure. We chose a 5 star tour and were not disappointed. Dao, you are the tour Princess of Vietnam, thank you so much.

Dao Huyen at Moon Travels gave us one of the most beautiful and memorable holidays ever and we are already looking to visit Vietnam again perhaps next year ! We planned our visit in feb 24 and had to reschedule due to personal reasons to april 24 while we did a 10 day north to south trip with family including Hanoi, Halong Bay and Ho Chi Minh City. She was engaged throughout the 3 months was most responsive and she ensured a flawless trip including airport schedule, sightseeing, guidance on local shopping etc. She was kind to meet our family too. Overall best experience with any travel agent ever and strongly recommend to anyone visiting Vietnam to use their services to have a wonderful and completely enjoyable holiday where you don’t need to worry about anything except being on time ! Thanks Mrs Huyen and much gratitude and appreciate all your efforts regards Riju, Jayati and Annapurna Chatterjee !

We recommend Vietnam Moon Travel to anyone who will be interested to visit Vietnam and Cambodia. They are very experienced in arranging tours inside these countries. The tour guides are knowledgeable and polite. Of course the drivers are careful drivers and polite as well. Great experience.
