I was in touch with Moon Travel from October 2023. The trip was very well organized by Moon Travel.
We visited Vietnam in November 2023. We are a group of 3 couples with 3 kids. Our flight landed in Hanoi at 2.10 AM. A 7 seater luxury car was arranged by Moon Travel and the driver was available at the arrival gate on time. It was very easy to find him. The driver was very nice.
The very next day we went for a city tour. The vehicle was very nice and comfortable. With 3 kids we had to be flexible and had no issue while travelling. This time as well The driver was very nice.
We decided to experience the Halong bay Cruise and the transfer from our Hotel from old quarter to Halong bay was very conformable. Moon Travel arranged a 16 seater limousine for all of us. As we had 15 bags / trolleys 16 seater limousine was perfect for us. Again with 3 kids we had to be flexible and had no issue while travelling to Halong bay. It took 2.5 to 3 hrs to reach Halong bay from Hanoi city. The ride was very comfortable. We reached 30minutes prior to cruise check-in time.
We booked M’gloria cruise trough Moon Travel and we got very good deal. Sr. Suite room on 3rd deck with all kids free of charge. As per cruise policy 5 years old + needs to pay 75% of the fees. One kid was 5 years old + still Moon Travel helped us to waive off any charge for kids. Very wonderful experience with M’gloria.
Our plan was to check out from cruise and directly go to Hanoi Airport to catch the flight to Da Nang. Again the same 16 seater limousine came for pick up on time. We need not wait for a single minute. It took 3 hrs to reach Hanoi Airport. The ride was very comfortable. We reached 30 minutes prior at the Hanoi airport as planned by us. The fees charged by Vietnam Moon Travel for Airport pick, city tour and Halong bay transfer and Airport drop was very reasonable.
I returned INDIA on 12-11-2023. I already recommend Vietnam Moon Travel to all my local friends.

Dealing with Mrs Huyen from Moon Travel was a dream. She was super responsive and always willing to help us. Our arrangements were faultless thanks to Moon Travel. 👍🏼😊🌸

We discovered Hiten’s contacts from YouTube-facebook… not word-of-mouth.
We got into wA & started sharing our holiday needs.
She is super responsive, clear communication, well spoke & written English…
Whatever she offered was 100+% satisfactory. Her say-do ratio is spot-on.
Have shared her contacts with my friends too..
Vietnam is very beautiful & people are honest in dealings. Yes, English is challenging…
We stayed only in Hanoi for a week & two nights at Halong Bay and Ninh Bin.
In short, we took a chance, paid 200$ advance to her company but found her travel management skills, knowledge and honesty excellent

Travelling with a big family group of 10 (three senior citizens and 2 kids under 5 years), I was nervous about visiting Vietnam. Normally, I do my homework well while visiting a new country but this time was different as a working mum of a toddler. However, Ms Huyen Dao arranged everything I requested for at a competitive price. Be it her travel guides or drivers, all arrived on time and were courteous and graceful throughout. We had a stress-free experience with Andy in Mekong Delta and Ms Huong Nguyen in Da Nang.
Highly recommend Ms Huyen Dao, her team and travel company for all travels within Vietnam. I am looking forward to exploring more next time, already.

Excellent service. Thoroughly recommend Vietnam Moon Travel.
Ms. Huyen helped us with advice on everything from our cruise to hotel and transportation (even things we booked ourselves and not through Moon Travel).
We had booked the Dora cruise in Halong Bay with Vietnam Moon Travel. The prices was the same (if not better) than booking directly with the cruise. We had also booked with Moon Travel a private vehicle from the airport to the cruise and from the cruise to Hanoi. Both vehicles and service was excellent.
Ms. Huyen helped us with advice on everything from our cruise to hotel and transportation (even things we booked ourselves and not through Moon Travel).
We had booked the Dora cruise in Halong Bay with Vietnam Moon Travel. The prices was the same (if not better) than booking directly with the cruise. We had also booked with Moon Travel a private vehicle from the airport to the cruise and from the cruise to Hanoi. Both vehicles and service was excellent.

I met this tour planner through FB. She prepared my itinerary based on my tickets and provided me with very competition rates. She arranged from all taxis, tours and domestic flight tickets and even with reschedule of flights based on the delays. Everything was done perfectly alright that I didn't even had instance to ask me.
All instructions and details regarding my trip is in my what's app 1 day before the tour.
I am very happy with her professional service and planning.

Our 12 days trip in Vietnam was just awesome. We would like to thank wholeheartedly Ms Huyen Dao who planned our trip in South, Central and North of vietnam. We started in HCM, then flew to Danang and Hoi An. Then we did Hanoi, Halong bay, Ninh binh and Sapa. She was always readily available for any changes in our planning and was always helpful whenever needed. Was very happy to meet her in Hanoi.
Our trip was very well organised and we loved each and every bit of Vietnam. All hotels proposed by Ms Huyen Dao were just wonderful.
We highly recommend Moon Travel as the service has a high grade. We will definitely come back to Vietnam.

Very good and considerate lady who organised our trips efficiently and responded to our queries promptly. She was just a click away. She handled our trip to Halong/Sapa and Ninh Binh. Highly recommended.

Ms Huyen Dao helped in arranging our trip to Vietnam (6D 5N). I was worried due to carrying 2yr old kid with us to a completely a new place. However, Ms Huyen managed everything without having any troubles. We spent our time in Halong Bay cruise, Sapa and Hanoi. We had a wonderful memories in travelling a cabin bus and overnight Vietnam train. Our entire trip to Vietnam was planned by Ms Huyen and she was continuously in touch with us over the phone. She is trustworthy, we are happy to share that it was one of our memorable trip. Thank you Ms Huyen and Vietnam Moon Travels!!

I had used Moon travels to make my booking for Halong bay cruise and transfers to/from the airport. Her services excellent and comparatively cheap. She’s just a text away and her English is perfect. I would recommend Moon travels for all your bookings in Vietnam. Thankyou Ms Dao you where wonderful.
