Beautiful scenery, great service, and a relaxed vibe. The crew was helpful, and Logan made sure everything went smoothly. Perfect Ha Long Bay trip!

I got a crazy, amazing trip with Logan our super handsome guide. The trip to he cruise might a bit long, bus to boat to bus to boat again, but it was worth it. The staff were helpful and friendly

The best trip ever, really luxury, the crew were funny and helpful. Our guide logan is amazing with his tattoo skills, he made a small one for me for free. Really highly recommend

Amazing 2 night cruise with hideaway. Lewis was our tour guide and he was great, he couldn’t do enough for us. He is very friendly and I’d definitely recommend this cruise to everyone. Very well organised, friendly staff and great food! Thank you!

A really good experience. The staff were so nice and especially our “travel guide” Louis was so sweet and helpful.
I had some fantastic day on the boat and would definitely recommend it.

Great trip with good hosts, lovely boat with 3 hot tubs, sun decks and bars. Luis was out tour guide and great English, knowledgable and funny. Even joined for drinks in the evening. Bars are reasonable price, food is good! would definitely recommend the 2 nights rather than just one.

We did the 3D2N with buffalo hideaway cruise and our guide Lewis was excellent the whole experience was amazing. The hike to the view was great and the service and room was top class

Do you remember how much the the drinks cost roughly in VND or GBP.
unsure of whether or not to take our passports and wallets with us and went to ensure we have enough to keep going for those 3 days haha.
I feel like food included would be good but maybe not enough, meaning we'll need some money for meals too.

Hi, Do not need money for foods coz you will have a lot of good food. just need money for your own drink. Beer cost 30.000dong, Mix and spirit cost about 50.000dong. Regards!

Hi,
Me and a friend are thinking of doing this and have no idea what we'd need to pack. If there are any heroes out there who've done this tour, please give a list of all the stuff we'll need. It's a bit ambiguous but it seems like we'll need to bring clothes for all kinds of activities and there's a suggestion to bring a camera with lots of batteries, giving me the impression there's nowhere to charge your phone.
Lastly and most importantly, is there a bar on this boat or a bring your own boose tour?

Hi, I did this tour 3 weeks back.
Get your swimsuit, extra pair (maybe 2) of dry clothes, shoes(if you want to hike), water proof camera. Charging is not a problem on the island, they have charging points next to your bed just like a normal hostel.
Also keep a jacket it might get cold or breezy at night.
There is a bar on the boat and also on the island. No outside booze is allowed.

As far as I could see, they had only dorms. You could enquire beforehand with them for any special arrangements for a couple.

Hi David,
Regarding to the Halong Hideaway we do cruising during the day and sleeping on private island with the dorm bungalow. August is till summer time so its one of the best time to travel to Halong bay mate.
