3 weeks as a couple from North to South Vietnam with a foray into Cambodia
The InnoTravel Vietnam agency guided us from the start to the end of our stay with very pleasant and competent drivers and guides.
The choice of activities and accommodation exceeded our expectations.
Even though we experienced some bad weather, this agency was super responsive, did a wonderful and unimaginable job to ensure that this trip remained completely smooth for us.
A big thank you to everyone who organized this stay which will remain unforgettable and which allowed us to meet some very nice people (Tuan, Hanh, Long, Sopheav, Aline, etc…)

Agence au top !!!! Très a l'écoute, professionnelle... Je conseille vivement. 3 semaines du nord au sud. Aline et l'équipe gère tout. on se sent V.I.P.

I took a trip to the Northwestern Vietnam with my group of friends, the driver who was very calm on the bumpy road with the tour guide that made us have a very happy and close atmosphere on the car even experience trecking with indigenous people. Thanks and love team innotravel vietnam!

Nous avons passé 21 jours merveilleux au VIETNAM.
En grande partie grâce à Aline d inno travel qui a su répondre à nos attentes.

Seconde fois au Vietnam, nous avons fait appel à cette agence pour organiser une traversée du pays sur 3 semaines. Ils ont répondu à l’ensemble de nos envies, nous ont conseillé de superbes coins.
Les échanges par mails ont été fluides, le personnel parfaitement francophone. Nous avions même un numéro avec un interlocuteur francophone pour les joindre en cas de besoin.
Vacances au top, personnel très aimable...nous reviendrons sans nul doute.

Voyage en famille à travers le Vietnam. Équipe francophone à l'écoute qui nous a concocté un programme selon nos vies (et surtout celles de nos enfants). Agence recommandée par des amis franco vietnamien.
Une belle découverte de ce pays riche culturellement qui a su nous ravir du début à la fin.
Un vrai coup de coeur pour Hoi An et les balades à travers les rizières.
Je recommande vivement, équipe réactive et professionnelle. Encore merci on garde de beaux souvenirs.

Par manque de temps, je demande toujours à une agence d'organiser mon séjour à l'étranger et vraiment je dois dire que j'ai été subjuguée par le professionnalisme de cette agence et effectivement leurs sympathies. Toujours présent pour répondre à nos attentes. Durant tout le séjour, j'ai vraiment eu l'impression d'être aux petits soins. Vraiment le Top cette agence ! Je la recommande à 200%.

Bonjour à tous, L'agence m'avait été recommandé par un collègue de travail . J'ai effectivement trouvé en cette agence un sérieux exemplaire . Durant mon séjour, une conseillère me contactait régulièrement pour s'assurer que tout aille bien ! De plus , j'ai eu un guide au Top avec une culture de son pays et une maitrise du français parfait . J'ai fait le nord en Juillet 2018, le sud c'est pour 2020.

Après avoir voyagé en 2016 pour la première fois au Vietnam, on a voulu y retourner mais en visitant d'autres villes du coup on est passé par innotravel et c'était parfait ! Le personnel de l'agence est très sympa et à l'écoute ! Nous avions choisis un circuit hors des sentiers battues et nous avons pu dormir chez plusieurs famille c'était des moments inoubliables ! On a vraiment eu l'impression de découvrir un autre Vietnam !
