Overall the tour was awesome! So much amazing places to discover. A culture worth learning & loving!

Our 6D5N Hanoi-Sapa-Halong Bay Tour was incredibly amazing organized by ROSIE of VDG. We were well taken cared of from the very first day despite the 2am arrival to the last day of departure 12mn. She was hands-on 24/7 with our schedule, hotel accomodations, bus &car transfers, tour guides & meal provisions. We were really pampered with so much delectable food from breakfast lunch till dinner. One time when the bus came a little late at our hotel , she came and even brought us bahn mi...was touched by her kind gesture. Loved their Buncha!!!😋 Atmosphere in hanoi was festive where people of different cultures sat in small chairs at the side of the road enjoying their food and drinks amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. Sapa is blessed with nice cold weather. The climb to Fansipan peak was exhausting but truly fulfilling. Sungsot cave was huge and enchanting. Cruising on Halong bay was relaxing. Indeed, it was a fun-filled tour worth coming back! Thank u Rosie and hope to see u again!🥰

We had a wonderful 6D5N Dalat & Nha Trang trip organised by Vietnam Daily Travel. This was not the first time but several times we let Mr Tommy to plan our holidays. He is very professional, knowledgeable in his job and a very caring person. He made sure everything was ok and we enjoyed our holiday. Not only the itineraries was good, the hotel used, meals and transportation all we gave a thumbs up. Thanks Tommy, Kane our TG and the driver also, all carried out their duties with such a professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend. Vietnam is beautiful with its beautiful people and places, we will be back again ❤️

Back to Hanoi after many years with 3 old friends of almost 40 years. We did a 6D5N private tour of Hanoi and 5 star cruise of Halong Bay organised by Tommy. He was very professional and extremely helpful and was constantly in touch with us to make sure everything goes well. What impressed us a lot was that 1 of our original 5 pax fell ill and was unable to join us at the last minute and Tommy was able to reschedule and waive any cancellation charges. We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed every meal that were provided. Much appreciated.

This is my 2nd trip in vietnam it was excellent journey again with Kelvin Phat. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..not only just a tour guide, he is very accomodating. PERFECT AND SATISFIED

Kelvin is highly recommended as a tourist guide,his kind,very friendly and very patience,he always assist us and took videos and photos for us to have a great picture.his amazing and i really love all the pictures he take for us,i love all the angles of the picture its great and lovely memory his perfect shot.thank you VDG for sir kevin / la tien phat as our tourist guide.

We are a group of 11 pax from the Philippines. Our trip was well organized by Mr. Tommy. He always keep in touch with us and make sure that all is well during our daily tour. Our tour guide Mr. Tien & the drivers were very kind , helpful & take care of us. VDG provide excellent service, transportation, accommodations and foods. Thank you very much Mr. Tommy . For sure we will be back again to explore more beautiful places in Vietnam.

We are a group of four persons from Malaysia joined the local tour VDG. The meals were above our expectation and many varieties. The tourist guide Mr Ha is very professional and helpful. Special thanks to the sale manager Ms Rosie to plan our trip well.

Route: Sapa - Halong Bay - Hanoi
Travel dates: Aug 12-17, 2023
Initially, it was my friend Beck who saw VDG in Tripadvisor, read its reviews and decided to message VDG to ask some questions regarding the tours it offers. Tommy patiently and straightforwardly answered her questions which gave her good impression of him, which is why she decided to invite me to join her. I brought my family along with me so we are 2 families that joined the private tour. 2 families of 8 people in total.
On our first day, Tommy and our driver Mr. Uy came to meet us at Noi Bai airport. Tommy did not come with us (given his prior commitment to another group) but entrusted us to the good care of Mr Uy, our professional and helpful driver, and Quang, our helpful, funny and friendly English speaking guide in Sapa. We rode a private van that was spacious and clean. We did not expect how comfortable the ride is from the airport to Sapa despite the distance. Water closets along the way (at rest stops) were clean and spacious too. Sapa is breathtaking. We have never been to a place like this. The picturesque Fansipan peak, the high altitude yet very stable cable cars, the breathtaking mountains, the healthy lunch, the short tram ride up, the Catcat village, where we get to see the home and livelihood of the Hmong people, its natural waterfalls and bodies of water, the walk with nature, guide and friends... Everything is indeed memorable. We made new friends along the way too. Guide Quang even kindly helped fix the glasses of my friend's son when one of its screws got unscrewed. Bamboo Sapa hotel is also beautiful. You get to have a picturesque view of the majestic mountains, clouds and infinity pool as you eat your healthy buffet breakfast with wide variety of delicious dishes. The coffee too was awesome! We had our first taste of the rich Vietnamese coffee in Sapa and I can truly say that it tastes great. I'm not a coffee lover; but here, I have become one.
Our Halong Bay cruise ride was also enjoyable and amazing. My brother inadvertently left his laptop in the van prior to the cruise boarding and thankfully, our guide Quang (we had his WeChat number), even if he was left in Sapa, was able to help us and contact our driver, Mr Uy, to bring us his laptop. It impressed us that Vietnamese people are very helpful and kind, generous of their time and effort to be of help. We rode the Ambassador cruise (got the laptop in time) and were able to enjoy its Jacuzzi facility, beautiful room with balcony where one can savor the impressive beauty of Halong bay and the stone formations, taught how to make fresh spring rolls, participated in excursions such as the bamboo boat ride to caves/ limestone formations, hiked to a majestic limestone cave that was founded by the French during the 1800s and was opened to the public on 1994, and walked up the stairs to view the Halong bay high up. We also had a tasty lunch and had a sumptuous western course dinner during our 2 days 1 night stay in the cruise.
Hanoi was our last stop where we toured around the bustling and vibrant city. We ate mouthwatering Pho, fruit dessert with gelatin and yoghurt, savory Bun Cha (where Obama ate before), walked along the "Return Sword/ Turtle lake", drank egg coffee and coconut coffee, ate banh mi, checked out a Cathedral, bought some Vietnamese coffee, delicacies and so much more. Our guide Anne was very enthusiastic, pleasant and knowledgeable as she answered our many questions about Vietnam history and Hanoi city and accompanied us to great places to eat and shop. One can feel the youthful energy and vigor of the city even at night. As we have missed the flight on day 1 of our trip, we expressed our worries to Tommy and wanted to be at Noi Bai airport more than 3 hours early prior to the flight. Despite Tommy's assurance that 2 hours early before departure is sufficient, Tommy arranged for us to have packed breakfast to take with us and to have Mr Uy drive us back to the airport at our preferred time of 4:30 am. Vietnam airport has a good system, not needing to be there 3 hours before flight as all were able to board well and safely.
All in all, VDG made our trip enjoyable and a success. Thank you so much to Tommy, Quang, Anne and Mr Uy for making sure that we have an enjoyable, comfortable and memory-filled stay in Vietnam that would make us want to recommend this tour back home and want to come visit again to explore the other places it offers. From the moment I inquired until I get to the airport to go back home, they were all so helpful! From the driver to tourguide to hotels to the van 100/10! They make sure that you are comfortable and having fun 🥺. Thank you for a very memorable experience 🫶🏼 My parents loved it 🩵 No hassle at all and no stress, highly recommended.
