Abbiamo incontrato per caso il responsabile dell'agenzia, durante una gita al Tempio dei profumi; ci ha organizzato nell'arco di 12 ore crociera e trasferta alla baia di Halong allo stesso prezzo (superscontato) che abbiamo trovato su Agoda.
Hanoi è piena di agenzie, ma ce ne sono veramente troppe e non sempre comprenderne la qualità è facie, soprattutto se hai poco tempo a disposizione, inoltre riuscire ad acquistare il viaggio può voler dire sacrificare parte della giornata perché le agenzie sono aperte negli orari in cui tu sei in gita da qualche parte.
La crociera nella baia di Halog ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative: la barca in legno molto accogliente e curata nei dettagli, il cibo eccellente, le trasferte puntuali, un piccolo incidente legato alla nostra distrazione risolto agevolmente.
L'assistenza durante il viaggio è stata puntuale, affidabile, attenta ed efficiente, con richieste di riscontro durante la crociera, a verifica che tutto si svolgesse per il meglio.
Anche durante il resto della nostra permanenza in Vietnam ci sono stati scambi via WH che ci hanno fatto sentire sempre "assistiti".
Questa sensazione di restare un cliente anche dopo la crociera, per consigli, suggerimenti ed informazioni è stato un utile supporto per risolvere piccole questioni pratiche e ci ha dato la piacevole sensazione di essere in qualche modo accuditi a distanza per tutta la nostra vacanza.
Sebbene fatta in velocità, la nostra si è rivelata un'eccellente scelta; consigllio vivamente questa agenzia a chi volesse organizzare tour ed ed escursioni in Vietnam.

Ottima organizzazione. Sono arrivati puntuali in hotel ad Hanoi, ci hanno portato con un autobus al porto di Ha long Qui ci siamo imbarcati per la mini crociera.
La nave prevedeva 12 ospiti e 6 membri di equipaggio, tutti molto gentili e attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti.
La sistemazione era molto accogliente, la nave, interamente in legno, aveva un fascino perticolare.
La mini crociera prevedeva escursioni e visita al villaggio dei pescatori.
Tutto questo ha reso il viaggio una belllissima esperienza. Il servizio di ristirazione e' stato ottimo, abbiamo anche partecipato ad un mini corso di cucina . Per tutta la durata del viaggio l'organizzazione si è mostrata attenta a che la nostra vacanza fosse perfetta.

We had a great time together at Sapa time. It is very a nice hotel in 2 days, 1 night. The total cost of trip is so cheap but the service is valued money. The fields, mountains and local people are unforgettable. I will recommend this tour for my family and other friends in the next time. Thanks Mr. Tuan Le for booking and supporting everything

혼자서 하노이를 방문했는데 숙소가 호안끼엠호수 옆에 위치해서 호수주변을 산책하기에 편했구요 큰 마트도 가깝고 편리했습니다 성당 바로 옆에 위치해있구요 호텔에서 하롱베이투어 같은것들을 예약할수있어서 좋았습니다 그리고 숙소가 조용해서 좋아요

I had the luxury of going on a lovely street food tour, organised by the Luxury Backpackers Hostel. We visited 8 attractions: from street food, fresh fruit, egg coffee shop, beer street, ice cream and lots of valuable tourist information.
We visited the old quaters and local markets and the Hoan Kiem Lake.
Hanoi closes certain parts of the city and changes it into a pedestrian area - The streets are littered with people and everyone is just having a great bight out.
I would highly recommend it to any one who is looking for a great trip, free of charge and an excellent guide, called David, then this is the trip for you.
We visited the old quaters and local markets and the Hoan Kiem Lake.

Mr david le help me booking the trip to sapa trekking with group. I did the homestay and it was a great experience. The food the family made was delicious, and nobody went hungry. I am a big 26yr old American and i eat a lot haha. The family was very welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for a more authentic experience.

ホテルのスタッフに勧められ、1泊でしたが、Sabaにいって来ました。素晴らしい景色とトレッキングは一生忘れられません。スタッフの対応もよく、おすすめです。デイビットさんに言ったら、しっかり対応してくれるので、是非ホテルの人に伝えてみて下さい。

My wife and I booked a three day two night cruise to Ha Long Bay with Indochina Junk while traveling through Hanoi, Vietnam. The first day and night was spent in Hanoi. Indochina Junk booked us the night at a very nice hotel. They provided a luxury shuttle to the port where we boarded the Dragon Legend 1. The boat was very nice and had luxurious, large rooms. All meals were included. The food was plentiful and good with lots of local flavors. The tour guide - Kenny - was very knowledgable and gave thorough background stories about all of the sites we visited. Indochina Junk is one of the only cruise companies that is allowed to sail through Bai Tu Long Bay, which is a portion of Ha Long Bay. It is amazing to be in a secluded part of such a beautiful natural wonder. We went kayaking, visited a cave and beach, and returned to the port after 24 hours. All in all, a great experience and very comfortable and luxurious throughout. The staff, especially Thomas and Jason, were very friendly and accommodating. Some of the other boats look pretty shoddy, so we were happy to pay the extra money and have no worries about safety or comfort. Highly recommend visiting Ha Long Bay and using Indochina Junk if you can afford to fork over the higher fares.
