Did the 3Day/2Night tour to Ha Giang Loop and it was amazing. It was well organized from the beginning to the end (thanks to Vivian!). We were picked up and dropped off where we wanted, sleeperbusses were great, food was good, had nice accommodations and felt very safe with pur easyriders. Our tour guide Mountain was the best! Highly recommend that tour!

Was very pleased I booked with Chestnut Travel. Their customer service is excellent which was extremely useful when I changed my plans last minute and needed some extra help. They are easily contactable and reply quickly.

Overall a fantastic experience from start to finish. Chestnut travel sent constant updates and performed multiple check ins with me throughout my 4 day Ha Giang loop tour which was really nice to see. The loop itself was genuinely incredible and I highly highly recommend it to anyone who’s in northern Vietnam!

Chestnut travels made booking so easy! Everything was coordinated according to my travel plans and all of my questions were answered promptly. I booked the 3D & 2N for the Ha Giang Loop and had the best time. If you’re lucky enough to have Happy as your driver let alone your tour guide, you are in for a fun trip. He took great care of me throughout the entire trip on the Ha Giang Loop. He even made the cooolest video at the end & took the best photos! The food was also plentiful! Thank you for a memorable experience chestnut!

Couldn't recommend chestnut travel more, They made everything from start to finish so easy and always answer any questions you may have super quick. We did the 3 day 2 night Ha Giang loop the 3 places we stayed super nice and clean all food was included over the 3 days and more than enough of it the easy riders made our journey super easy and our tour guide Happy was the best so Friendly and helped us with everything. The tour In itself is something you will never forget it's a must do and would 100% recommend chestnut travel.

We contacted Chestnut Travel on the night bus to Ha Giang and were able to take part on a 3-day Ha Giang Loop EasyRider tour the next morning at almost the last second. Self-driving without a valid international driving licence was strongly discouraged as there are many police checkpoints. In retrospect, it was the best decision we could have made, as we were able to enjoy wonderful 3 days with fantastic views (which you can enjoy even more as a passenger) in great company. The price included all accommodation, entry and meal costs. The food was always plentiful and very good and all accommodations were well chosen, clean and quiet. All drivers are super friendly and drive extremely carefully, so we never felt unsafe.
Even though the loop is now used by thousands of tourists, it was a great experience that we didn't want to miss. Many thanks to Chestnut Travel for making this possible for us! The trip as an EasyRider is therefore fully recommended and was the highlight of our trip. Many thanks to the entire team!

We had an amazing experience surpassing all of our expectations. Bryan is a great tour guide with a lot of patience and he knows a lot about his city. Recommend this tour!

Brian was onze tourguide tijdens de fietstocht. Het was een erg spontane jongen en wij hebben enorm genoten van de tour. Gedurende de dag heeft hij leuke foto’s van ons gemaakt en vertelde veel over de stad.

The company made booking the tour so simple. Great customer service and quick to respond to any questions or queries.

I cannot recommend Chestnut travel (especially my wonderful agent Vivian) enough!!! I did the three day Ha Giang loop tour as a solo female traveller and had an absolute blast. Vivian was unbelievably accommodating when my flight was cancelled and helped me adjust my tour and change the dates without issue. She was kind and helpful throughout the entire journey, frequently checking making sure the tour was going well and that I was comfortable. If I could give more stars, I would. You will not be disappointed if you choose this company and do the Ha Giang loop motorbike tour!
