It is now a few months later but we still have great memories thanks to the tours (2 days trekking in sapa, and 2 days halong bay) we booked at new day tour. Thinh and his family truly care that you enjoy your vacation and are very attentive, responsive, and reliable. Price of their packages is very reasonable. We felt very lucky we found this agency.

We booked 1 full day tour, a 1/2 day tour, and a city transfer. All of them happened exactly as agreed upon.
We were always informed about details of the trips, and our questions about them were answered quickly. (In person and on whatsapp).
The person working there gave us tips about traveling Vietnam and gave us trip offers that suited us best at a good price.
Also a very important thing for us was that we could book trips a day before via Whatsapp without having to go to the office saving our time.

Recommend by a friend, I contacted Thịnh via WhatsApp and booked the Ha Giang loop and ha long bay cruise with him prior to arrival to Hanoi. He arranged airport pickup and provided a complimentary SIM card for use during our time in Vietnam. We continued to use new day tours after we left Hanoi as we were very satisfied with quality and cost; Hue imperial citidad tour from Da Nang and chi chi tunnels/mekong delta day tour from Ho Chi Minh. All tours were very good with knowledgeable English speaking guides. Thịnh was so helpful booking everything, providing many options and responsive on WhatsApp when we had any queries. We have and will recommend his services to our friends traveling Vietnam.

Excellent! We were a group of three traveling with Celebrity Cruises, we were looking for something more private and more affordable.
Certainly was a different experience to go in a car with a driver and a professional tour guide all for ourselves, the restaurants that were part of the tour package were really good, everyone very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Excellent customer service! Thihn made our trip to Vietnam memorable! I coordinated the excursions with him months prior to our arrival. We travelled in Celebrity Cruises, our guide tour was at the port waiting for us in comfortable cars and offered us private and personalized tours in every port we arrived in Vietnam, including lunches and sometimes dinner that were in nice restaurants and always buffet local plates. I recommend this agency to every passenger traveling in a cruise. Prices were very affordable, much less that the cruise excursions!

We found the agency by chance but we recommend it 100%. Apart from the fact that it was the agency with the best exchange rate, at all times they were attentive to our trip, to make sure that the drivers arrived on time, and that the hotels offered us what we had paid for. It was as if the excursions had been prepared for us by a good friend. At all times by whatsup he made sure that we were well. If I go back to Vietnam I will call them again for sure. One of the drivers took a picture of us for the next driver to identify us. They were very reliable and professional. Make us feel safe and it was really easy to book all the transfer from the airport and to our destinations. We really recommend them

Nice trips to Ha Long Bay and Sapa. Tchin from the travel agency was very attentive and managed to organise the trips at the last moment according to our preferences and kept on checking on us all throughout the trips-great customer service. Prices comparable to competition from what we have seen.
