Janet the advisor from the Best travel tour agency from Ho Chi Ming Vietnam was very kind and helpful, she gave as the best recommendations and explained everything we wanted to know with patience and kindness. We appreciate her effort and experience. The tour that we had was amazing and the guide was very helpful, polite and friendly. Thank you for the opportunity to explore the Ho chi Ming city , was a pleasure and we recommend it .

We did a customised 10 days Vietnam tour for 4 adults and 2 kids with BPT.
Positives👍🏻
1. Minah Nguyen, my trip coordinator, was cordial and professional during the entire booking process and the trip. The itinerary was created covering most of my recommendations. The package was reasonable including 2 domestic flights, hotel stay, and entrance fees at all destinations. A private AC shuttle bus was provided for us which was very comfortable.
2. We were provided guides in all places (Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh) who spoke good English, so there was no problem during city tours. All guides were good, especially Nhi from HCM. She was nice, knowledgeable, and professional.
3. We stayed at 3 hotels and on a cruise liner. All hotels and the cruise were good, except the one at Hanoi (Vacanza Premier).
4. Minah was available at all times, even at odd hours, so communication and suggestions for upcoming day was easy. She even recommended restaurants for meals, places for shopping, and cuisines to try in the country.
Suggestions for improvement
1. Once we landed in Vietnam, any suggestion regarding itinerary was not welcomed, even if reasonable. E.g. flight time at No Bai airport (for Danang) was @ 19:20, we checked out from Halomg cruise at 11.30. The travel time to airport was 3 hrs but we were denied a detour to Hanoi for shopping/lunch nor offered an earlier flight until 17.30 (by which time all flights were booked).
We were so late. Dinner was not arranged at Hoi An, we had to carry dinner from airport to eat in the flight/post landing.
Also, no driver change provided from cruise office to No Bai airport, inspite of informing earlier and BPT being well aware of the situation we faced earlier with the same driver.
2. Group size and members to be considered for trip recommendations.
E.g. Ba Na Hills, we were clubbed with 3 strangers and a different guide. We should have been on our own so as to cover fantasy park which kids would have enjoyed. We left park at 3pm when closing time was 5pm. Even with the weekend rush, we could have covered few rides in 2 hours time.
Guide should have been allocated for Suoi Tien water park. Most staff was local and it was impossible to communicate. The food was not to our liking too. Attractions like ferris wheel and turbo 12D theatre were closed, even their water park has minimal rides.
Or we could have been suggested a better park which is more tourist friendly.
3. For small revisions in itinerary, we were told that extra charges would apply. Please be little flexible and considerate before deciding if customer is to be charged.
4. We could not rent the Ao Dai at Hanoi (guide wasn't aware and place we went was closed). We had to find a tailor shop in Hoi An to customise clothes and wore it the next day for picture ops.
5. Drivers allocated should either speak some English or a guide should be present on all days. The incident at Hanoi disappointed us immensely mainly because of the driver (one cannot afford to be so rude in the tourism sector.)

Do add Saigon skydeck observatory tower in evening (we did this on our own) - not too expensive but totally worth it. A true symbol of modern Vietnam 🇻🇳
Shopping at local markets is not for the faint-hearted! You need to bargain, bargain and bargain to get all that you want. There are so many things you can buy in Vietnam (lanterns, silk, laquerware, bags are my recommendations). You will end up with empty pockets if you cannot bargain 😄
Summary
The BPT team was accessible at all times and quite supportive. 3 cheers for trip coordinator Minah and Guide Nhi @ Ho Chi Minh 👏🏻👏🏻🥳💕
BPT should be little flexible about the itinerary and make trip as per group's relevance, especially family with kids. The 4-star is for these reasons, else the service was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are lucky to have Ms Anna organizing the cruise and onboard the Phoenix Cruise. Especially glad that it was the smaller Phoenix vessel which made our trip very cozy. Mr Hung, the cruise guide was very experienced. He had arranged the timings so efficient that when we visited the surprise cave, we had the whole place to ourselves.

A well managed trip for me to the Halong Bay and thanks to Anna who was patient with me to answer all my questions and did what exactly I wanted. The entire experience from pick up to drop, stay in the cruise and the food choices I asked, everything was done to the T. Anna did ensure I get the experience for the money I spent and overall the team did a great job in making this one of my best trips so far. Thank you team and thank you Anna.

We booked our 3D/2N Orchid Trendy tour with BestPrice. Communication was good. Anna contacted us via Whatsapp and email. There was some difference in the itinerary that was send and what we actually did on the boat. The itinerary was not updated. After texting about it they compensated us. Would recommend!

We had a truly amazing experience during our luxury cruise. From my point of view it’s definitely worth it to spend the extra money for a luxury cruise. We were only a couple people on the boat which made everything very private and relaxed. The crew was absolutely amazing (special thanks to our cruise manager Emmanuel).
The waiting lounge and transfer from the lounge to the boat could be a little more luxury but once you arrive on the boat no wishes remain unfulfilled. The food was amazing, as well as the stunning view (especially the sunset - make sure you don‘t miss it). The crew is always happy to assist taking photos.
Last but not least the organisation and communication from BestPriceTravel was really great. Our personal assistant Hera informed us about every step. Send us the information of our driver (incl. numberplate which is really helpful in Vietnam) and answered all questions quick and reliable.
Thank you very much for this great experience. I will not attach any pictures since you will be able to make plenty of beautiful ones on your own ;)

Hi, we are doing a 22 day trip to Cambodia and Vietnam. Is it best to take bus or fly from Phnom Pehn to Ho Chi Min City?
Want to take overnight train from Hue to Hanoi,what is the best service to use, want privacy for 2 people only compartment. Does train leave from Hue or Da Nang?
Want to do 2 day Sapa trek and 3 day , 2 night luxury cruise, please advise best option.

1. Bus transfer from Phnom Penh to Saigon take mostly 6 hours or more. It quite hard and long transfer. So in my opinion you should take a flight.
2. From Hue to Hano you can take an overnight train, there is tourist train available for this route so services is better, cabin is cleaner. We can offer you private cabin for 2.
3. Sapa Trekking suitable depend on weather, from Dec to Mar weather quite cold between 5 - 15 degree, sometime small rain & foggy. So you should consider it too.
4. For 2 nights Luxury Cruise you should choose Azalea Cruise which offer 2nights program only, clients dont need transfer to day boat on 2nd day so program is better.

I’m not that picky. I just look for clean, free Wi-Fi and definitely air conditioning if traveling in the summer. Then I go by location of where I might want to be. Sorry I’m not of more help. But you’ll love Vietnam.

Depending on the time you visit and the duration of your visa: If you already had a visa provided by Vietnamese Embassy in your country, still in use at the time you visit Halong Bay, then you don't need to process another visa letter.
