we hired these guys out of HCMC with explicit instructions on which tunnels we wanted to go to only to end up at the wrong ones.
Sent the company a complaint email and got no response...
I would not use this company again ever.

Booked these guys for a day to go to the Cu Chi
tunnels and the Cao Dai temple from HCMC. I wanted a private car so I could go to the Ben Duoc section of the tunnels and avoid the tour groups at Ben Dinh.
I explained this by email and again in person to the english speaking manager at pick up.
Their website said $75 but they charged me $85.
They picked me up at 8, at their suggestion, then made me drink bad expensive coffee for an hour while the driver waited for the traffic to ease. Not sure why they didn't just pick me up at 9...?
Then the driver took me to Ben Dinh anyway! Didn't realuse I was in the wrong spot til I had already bought tickets and it was too late in the day to change direction.
Pretty annoyed because the Ben Dinh section was just what I wanted to avoid...a big theme park.
And for a lot less money I could have got a bus.
