My husband and I had an amazing 11 days holiday in Vietnam and were mesmerized by the sights and natural wonders of Vietnam, its fascinating culture, rich history, good food and also the hospitality of the Vietnamese people. It was a smooth journey throughout with the help of Mr Sinh and his team!
Thank you Mr Sinh for arranging for us all in private tours in Hanoi, Sapa, HaLong Bay, Ninh Binh, Ho Chi Minh City and Mekong Delta. Prior to the trip, we had concerns making long travel post Covid, but Mr Sinh and his team had made the Vietnam trip - a pleasant and enjoyable experience and adventure. Most importantly, they had ensured that our needs and dietary requirements were well catered for and our journey was uninterrupted. Everything was well arranged and Mr Sinh was easily contactable and very responsive. His teams in both North and South Vietnam were also very helpful and punctual, especially our friendly guides who were very informative and accommodating. 😊
Hope to come back to Vietnam again to further explore and discover the wonders of Vietnam and its people.

Thank you Mr Sinh for arranging us a wonderful trip to Halong Bay and Sapa. The trips were so enjoyable and view at Halong Bay and Sapa are so beutiful. The foods were so good and delicious. Evertything was well arranged and smooth. Thank you to Tom and Min as our tourist guide during the trip. Both of them are very nice, helpful and friendly. To the driver, thank you so much food the smooth journey from airport, halong bay, sapa and back to hanoi

Thank you Mr. Sinh & Viet Lotus Travel team for the great hospitality & affordable package. What an amazing experience & memories that we got. We all satisfied with the all in package (accomodation, food, transport & driver, entrance fee, guider) consider very cheap but with great things to offer. For sure I will reccommend your package to other people. Keep up the great work, If we want to visit other places in Vietnam, for sure we will take the package from your team.

Many thanks for Mr. Sing and his great team who help me so many times to arrange a travel to Hanoi, Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, as well as HCMC and Mekong Delta. All of my guest mostly very satisfied and have a good experience in adventure and halal travel in Hanoi. I hope they can maintain the good services and be one of the best tour company in Vietnam capital.

Special thanks to Mr Sinh for his services in making our 7 day stay in Vietnam a pleasant one. Our request for halal food and the tour package was very well organized, planned and executed from the moment we arrived Vietnam. We would recommend Mr Sinh services to anyone who would like to visit Vietnam (a must do) especially to any Muslim who is travelling to Vietnam.

Belum pernah bertemu langsung dengan Mr. Sinh hanya berkomunikasi via aplikasi whataspp beberapa minggu sebelum saya tiba hingga selama berada di Hanoi. So far sih cukup puas menggunakan jasanya. Saya memesan bis penjemputan bandara dan sewa van selama 2 hari. Harga cukup kompetitif. Beliau cukup responsif dan sabar. Melayani setiap permintaan dan pertanyaan. Sempat agak gak enak karena pesawat Malindo yang kami tumpangi delay hampir 4 jam dan saya juga sempat memutuskan membatalkan jasa pengantaran balik ke bandara walau sudah deal. Semua dilayani dengan baik. Pokoknya layak direkomendasi lah !

I am thoroughly impressed with this agency and its team and partners for their outstanding service and honesty. I will try to relate it point by point. My tour is 3 days 2 nights Halong Bay Cruise tour, 1 day Tam Coc trip and 2 days free and easy.
I first booked my family trip for Dec 2017 under Mr Sinh. After paying the deposit, I had to cancel the trip two days before as my son was hospitalised. When I rebooked the trip for Dec 2018, I was pleasantly surprised that Mr Sinh continued to honour the previous deposit as it was a genuine medical emergency.
During the pre and actual trip, Mr Sinh was constantly contactable and very prompt to answer whatever questions you have right into the night. He was very customer oriented and never seemed irritated by my constant ad-hoc questions.
The cruise that the agency teamed up provided outstanding service. We felt that we were constantly taken care of by the crew. One particular tour guide on the cruise was worth mentioning. His name is Peter. He noticed that my wife did not join the tour to one island at Halong and started to enquire about her. On knowing that she was sick, he immediately ordered the staff to order a special drink to help ease her sickened condition. He also upgraded our transport back to Hanoi to limousine so that my wife can quickly get her needed rest at the hotel.
The guide for the Tam Coc trip was a great guy who do not mind sharing his life stories and challenges of a Vietnamese which helps us understand their reality. It was a fruitful experience under him
The agency is basically nothing without a responsive tour manager, good partners and team. We are glad we chose Viet Lotus to be our agent and we will recommend their services to others.

I brought my parents along for their first trip to Vietnam and we were satisfied with the amazing service from Viet Lotus Travel. There were a few times that we left our valuables in the car (too careless cant help it :( ), but thankfully the items were well returned to us. (the staff never fail to check the vehicle before moving off to pick up other passengers). Honest staff. Smooth arrangement for the whole 3D2N Hanoi-Sapa-Hanoi and everything is very well taken care of by Mr Sinh, where fellow muslims can enjoy hassle-free for finding halal food/accomodation/transport. :)

Saya dan teman-teman menggunakan Viet lotus Travel untuk mengatur perjalanan kami di Hanoi pada bulan oktober yang lalu. Saya mendapat info mengenai Viet Lotus dari Google kemudian saya menghubungi Mr. Sinh pemiliknya melalui WhatsApp. Mr. Sinh sangat baik dan sangat mudah berurusan dengannya. Pada saat kami tiba di Hanoi Mr. Sinh sendiri yang menjemput kami. Mr. Sinh mengatur perjalanan kami dengan baik. Kami mendapat Tour Guide yang bagus seperti Mr.Tom dan Mr. Number One demikian juga dengan driver. Kendaraan yang kami gunakan selama di Hanoi juga sangat bagus. Mr. Sinh juga mengatur makanan halal selama kami di Hanoi. Saya sangat merekomendasikan Viet Lotus Travel ini bagi Warga Muslim yang ingin berpergian ke Vietnam. Selain itu Viet Lotus juga menawarkan harga tour yang lebih murah dibanding Travel Tour lainnya.
