This was a long awaited trip for us and Miss Huyen and her team did not disappoint in arranging a once in a lifetime experience for us all. Every little detail was well planned and executed with the best recommendations and personal touches that brought Vietnam to life. Nothing seemed to be too much and they knew just what we would love. From the heart and soul of Hanoi and Vespa tour highlight, to crushing Ha Long Bay and experiencing the sights and tastes of colourful Hoi An, this trip had it all.
We will never forget our time and the genuine friends we made. I can not recommend Vietnam Travel and Cruise more highly! Thanks for everything Huyen and your wonderful team! Miss you, until we meet again. We will be back that is for sure.

Hiking Sapa with a local (Amazing Ly), cycling the back streets of Ninh Binh, rowing into the caves, walking the streets of Hanoi with a guide to direct us to the best food (Hai 👏👏), cruising Ha Long Bay on Mon Cherie (salute Ann & Tam and their team👏👏👏) was all customized to fit our short visit. With two young adults and moderately fit olds - this adventure was coordinated through Travel Managers Australia’s Angela Spicer with this fabulously expert Vietnam company. Timing was impeccable. Response was immediate. We never felt alone as you might in a city where few speak your language. Outstanding hotels, great locations - all-in-all - they hit the mail on the head👏👏👏

We had an excellent experience with this agency, we would definitely recommend them to anyone travelling Vietnam! Every single part of our trip went to plan, the transfers were always on time (even early!), always courteous, drove very well and the cars were always lovely. We had an excellent guided tour in Hanoi, he was so accomodating and lovely! I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone touring Vietnam!

Ci siamo rivolti a questa agenzia per un viaggio alla scoperta della cultura e trekking nelle regioni del nord, ci siamo imbattuti in un servizio riservato al turista interessato solo a foto e souvenir, la guida aggressiva e corrotta( spesso non faceva i biglietti nelle biglietterie autorizzate ma intascava i soldi e si accordava con i locali!!!) ci ha trascinato da un albergo all'altro senza spiegazioni, senza empatia, siamo addirittura stati minacciati(in seguito alle nostre polemiche sul servizio, eravamo 12 persone) di non essere in regola con i permessi di viaggio e di rischiare il ritiro dei passaporti se fermati dalla polizia.
delle escursioni previste molte sono saltate per incompetenza.
La stessa corrispondente , si e' dimostrata troppo impegnata in tutti i tour , ci ha apostrofato come turisti non giovani( eravamo tutti viaggiatori esperti trekking) che rischiavamo di stancarci nelle escursioni previste, confermate, e pagate!
insomma un viaggio compromesso in una nazione che consideravo piu' ospitale

I am very sorry for late responding to your feedback. We had a meeting with sales (Ms Trang) and tour guide and investigate your issues.
I think there was some misunderstanding in this story and Trang has sorted, explain clearly to you when your group are traveling. Our guide does not threaten you!! when you want to go to Pac Bo hill, our guide try to explain to you that this is army area. People are not allowed to visit without license and some trouble may causes. We have briefed our guide to improve his communication and services.

Everthing went to plan and worked well. The suggested trip plan was spot-on and it was great having someone to contact with any enquiries while travelling

We had a Great experience with Vietnam Travel & Cruise. Ms Trang supported me in organizing a 15 day trip to North Vietnam for me and my group. They provided me with Bus, Guide and booked excellent Homestays and Hotels. All was great. Highly recommended.

Trang was a super agent, she helped me and my group of 15 people to travel across Vietnam by providing transportation, accomodation booking services and also good guides for the cities and rearrangements of the itinerary even with short notice due to the weather restrictions.

The old city tour and the street food tour Were amazing and the team from the tour was so friendly and helpful. The driver waited for us picked us up even offered to show us and take us an extra things. They were always there on time and always ready to help amazing company can’t recommend them highly enough. Vietnam is amazing but it’s made more amazing player great tour guides and a great company
